Large car park but sadly the cafe is now closed.
We took a picnic so was well prepared.
Beautiful stunning beaches great rock pools to when tide goes out.
Sea is crystal clear you could be on a Caribbean beach.
Definitely worth a visit.

Nice beach with a lagoon which makes swimming easy, the rough sea is visible but not swimmable. There are plenty of spots broken up by the rocks and that’s what makes this place nice, you kind find a nice spot. Majority are nude bathers. People have built small forts from the rocks which you can lie in as protection from the wind, often taken though...

Playa de La Concha at El Cotillo is one of our favourite beaches on the island. Sometimes backed by a lagoon it is a sheltered bay for swimming even if the waves out to sea are rough and also now has a lifeguard presence. Plenty of car parking, a small beach bar and toilet facilities mean you have everything for a good few hours in the sun. Pictures though describe it better than words can.

La Concha is a protected lagoon and hence the water is calm and good for swimming. The sand is white and appealing. There is a relatively big rough parking place nerby, but fills up quickly after 11 am. It was quite windy during our visit and the sand grains then become piercing. It's not by chance that the beach is dotted with windbreaks made of stones.

A beautiful beach 20 mins away from Correlejo. A quiet bay. Good for swimming. Crystal clear waters and plenty of fish to see.(feed them bread and get mobbed) Get there early and grab a rock circle (you'll see) and enjoy. There's a little beach cafe too...but not much else.

What a gem of a place. Well worth a visit. Find a parking place in one of the little back streets and make you way down to the small cove, follow the footpath behind La Vaca Azul and across to the rocks and just sit and watch the waves. Fantastic.

Some of the smaller beaches, not too crowded. Especially in the morning it feels like you are alone out there. For small kids (our son is 2yrs) the lagoons are ideal to play in the water as sometimes the high tide creates pools behind the beach.
Compared to other areas these beaches are really clean, quiet (most of the time) with clean water. We enjoyed it very much and went there nearly every day!
