Used "My Transfers" again ( last year in Seville) from LPA to resort and back and once again - brilliant.Drivers always early, good vehicles - couldn't be better.

Horrible, they forgot about our prepaid order
Jan 2019 • Friends
So, it was first and the last time use this company. It is not easy to get a good transfer for 4 adults with 4 big luggages by normal taxi, so I ordered big MB van, but...we were waiting for 40 mins, noone answer on phone provided in voucher, so we ordered and paid for a taxi....

BEWARE OF PRIVATE TAXI TRANSFER IN FUERTEVENTURA WITH TUI
Dec 2018 • Couples
11 December 2018 we arrived at Fuerteventura airport having booked a package holiday through Tui and as an extra we had booked a private taxi transfer as we had done on 6 previous occasions on this island to the same hotel. The usual procedure is collect your taxi voucher from the Tui desk at the airport and proceed to the taxi rank.
On this occasion at the desk we were handed over to a female driver who escorted us to a shabby, dirty, bone shaking mini bus (not a people carrier but a mini bus) that did not have a taxi plate on display. The journey was uncomfortable and we would have been more comfortable on the free coach transfer instead of this mini bus that we had paid £115 for a return transfer.
The Tui rep in our hotel whom we complained to contacted their office and logged our complaint (which she said was not the first of this kind she had dealt with). She provided us with a complaint reference number and ensured that our return transfer would be in a private taxi. This materialised.
However on our return we complained to Tui and requested they refund half of the cost as we did not travel outbound in a private taxi and would have been far better served on the free coach transfer included in the holiday price. Tui have replied and probably to no ones surprise dismissed our claim stating correctly that in their Ato Z in their brochure it states a private taxi transfer may be in a mini bus. However a mini bus is not a private taxi. Furthermore one should reasonably e lecture the transport to be clean, in good condition and comfortable!!
We are frequent travellers with Tui having had 15 holidays in the last four years alone with Tui and are really disappointed with their response and dismissal of our complaint.
We feel undervalued as long standing customers.
Our advise: BEWARE OF THE PRIVATE TAXI TRANSFER IN FUERTEVENTURA.

Awful customer service
Aug 2018 • Couples
Our party arrived at our hotel in Puerto Rico around 11 at night so it was really dark and only around 8 other people left on the bus.

The driver may as well have threw us off the bus! He grabbed all of our cases put them on the street by the time we had gotten off and one of the party noticed the small black case along side our more colourful ones was not his. We immediately ran after the driver as he was boarding and told him the case wasn’t the rite one. He said “call number” so to us that meant call the emergency transfer number he then put the mistaken case back under the bus and drove off.

I called immediately and waited 15 mins to get through. Once I got through I spoke with a female who was very abrupt told me it was our responsibility to check the cases and hung up. The receptionist at the hotel then called and she did the same. The person who’s case it was called rather irate and she did the same again only this time was very insulting to him and advised him it was not an emergency. She then took the phone off of the hook as we tried to call again hoping to get through to someone else.

The case had 2 passports, €800 and most importantly his medication in it. He did not have his inhaler or his insulin causing him to panic. Luckily another one of our party had an inhaler he could use.

Around 1 hour later my mobile phone rang and it was the boy who accidentally took the case. He said the driver just grabbed the case and gave it to him so he didn’t question it. As the travel documents were in the case my number was on it. My friend went to meet the boy and got his case.

However, 2 days later we bumped into the boy and he advised that the lady on the emergency line did the same to him and his case was still missing!!!

Absolute joke of a having someone like that woman working on a helpline. Transfers were on time and quick enough but their customer services let them down which is why I’m only giving them 2*

Booked a car - got a bus...
Aug 2018 • Couples
Booked with Canary Island Transfer (via an agent) and booked a private transfer by car. I know things can happen but we were rather surprised by a bus turning up for us with our details.

The agency assures is this was due to an accident with the car but we were on the drivers manifest so it was not a recent event.

Now - it was a bus just for us... but it was a little cramped for me being 6’5 which is why we booked a car...

But - no advance warning of a chance despite Canary Island Transfer having all my details and certainly no element of apology or refund... if we had wanted to travel by bus we could have gone on a much more comfortable one for 25% the price we paid these guys.

I’m sure this will be replied to as these things happen from time to time but the lack of communication is damning.... I’m sure it’s all
fine when things work out ok but it’s when it does not that communication and customer service is key.

We were told after the fact if we wanted a refund we should have refused to get on! Who would do that when you need your transfer and your stood out in the sun!!

To the agency’s credit they took responsibility and gave some refund to us but not a peep from these guys.

So beware if your booking anything other than a bus transfer with these guys - you never know what you will get!
