We tried to go to this beach after seeing pictures of a beautiful sea. Unfortunately, they did not correspond to reality. Both the beach and the sea were full of algae, making it impassable. Since there was wind and rough seas this is normal, but it was impossible to stay there or swim in it. We then continued on foot to the next beach (playas de Talaiers), after a pleasant 10-15 minute walk. Here too the situation was the same: rough seas and lots of algae. Tip: Consult the winds before choosing the beaches to avoid wasting so much time in the car not to be satisfied. If there is wind from the south prefer the beaches to the north. I also remind you that for these very popular coves the number of parking lots is limited and after 9 am it is easy for these to be closed. Bisogna muoversi presto!

The beach is huge, magnificent with clear water and white sand. Bordered by vegetation and extremely protected. We happily stay there until sunset.
The difficulty is accessing the car park which is often full (and therefore prohibited until 6 p.m.!). The place is wild. A must !

quiet beach and not at all crowded. spectacular sea, with a little 'poseidonia, synonymous with healthy water. free parking, to go there early in the morning for he' then closes. for those who want, from here you go on foot to cala turqueta in half an hour. very nice

Very disappointed by this beach... everyone talks about it as one of the most beautiful in Menorca and that might have been the case if it hadn't been invaded by algae!
The sand is white but only a strip is not yet buried under the algae... the water is turquoise but once again you have to move away a little from the edge so as not to swim in the algae. Really disappointing, I don't recommend at this time of year at least

Large parking... Which allows you (finally) to arrive late around 9 and still find a place. Large beach, so little crowd even during August. The best I've seen in Menorca. The colors of the sea speak for themselves.

Very wild cove with adjoining pine forest. We unfortunately found after days of bad weather much poseidonia. But overall the beach was nice although we found a bit of a mess for parking.

Spectacular beach! Superb! Clean white sand. Calm sea with warm and transparent water. I've been to the Maldives and this beach was the closest thing I've seen. It's not the same, but it reminded me. I loved!

We visited twice in August arriving by 8.30-9am. It’s a 15 minute walk under pine trees from the car park which is well signposted from the turn off. Worth noting that the car park does get full and they will turn people away.
The beach is beautiful & worth the little extra effort. Sparkling clear, warm water for swimming & powdery white sand. The water is shallow for a long way out so ideal for children.
Bring a shade & plenty of water as there is nothing there except a couple of toilets.
The only thing that spoils it is the tourist boats that dock in about 11.30am and spill hundreds of people onto the beach. Get there early & you can enjoy it before they arrive!
And look out for the coconut man .. €5 for coconut, mango or pineapple freshly prepared in front of your eyes!

This was a lovely beach on the North East of the island.
Unless you had studied the map it was out of the way but easily accessible in a hire car.
There were hotels on the hills to one side but natural sand dunes were being allowed to reestablish themselves.

Io l'adoro!
Abbiamo girato tanto ma poi tornavano sempre li. Tra l'altro fanno una Paeja spettacolare!!!!💗
A giugno deve essere un paradiso secondo me.
