However with the issue of scarcity of new cars and no deals available for hire car companies all hire cars are expensive. For 3 cars with FULL insurance worked out at €1800 which is ridiculous. I decided to rent the coach from this company and they were great. Met us at the meeting point and loaded us onto a lovely spacious coach with the 3 baby and child seats we requested. My children had car seats provided which were good quality. On return, the driver was there on time and was extremely attentive throughout the journey. I booked this company for our airport transfers to Puerto Pollenca. We were travelling with our 6 month old daughter so I was reassured that a rear facing group 0 car seat was specified on the booking. Unfortunately on our return journey the rear facing car seat provided was not compatible with the 16 seater mini bus that was sent to pick up the three of us (the seat belt was not long enough to fit the car seat- which I was expected to fit as the driver did not understand why I didn't want to put my 6 month old daughter into a front facing toddler seat).
Essentially this company were reliable on timings and getting us from A to B but I would not use them again for safety reasons with young children.

We were collected on time for both our journeys and both drivers were very friendly and helpful. When we hit traffic we were taken a different route and given a bit of history of some of the places we passed through instead of sitting in traffic for what looked like a very long time. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

We booked several trips using Taxi Tour Mallorca as our transportation for 8 people and they have been amazing, always on time, polite and in comfortable, air conditioned transport. They have been great and flexible when we have needed to change the timings. They have also done our airport transfers, which included having to keep an eye on a flight that was delayed by 5 hours, which they monitored and accommodated without any fuss.

Our flight was cancelled going out and the taxi were unable to pick us up at our new arrival time but I rang and spoke to them and a refund was issued no problem. Jose collected us from our hotel for our return flight in the lovely big mini bus just for our family so we weren't crammed into a car or on a multiple collection coach, it was such a good experience would definitely recommend, completely reliable and trustworthy, travel in comfort and enjoy the views without a rep blaring over a microphone or sitting waiting for others on a hot coach or being the last drop of many hotels. Travelling with 2 children with special needs this was a hassle free option highly recommended.

Excellent customer service, very easy website to use, booked & paid online. Pick up point very easy to find in Palma airport. Driver was very friendly & we chatted with him. The mini bus was clean, spacious & had air con which we really needed. The journey from Palma to our holiday resort (Cala D’Or) (€85 each way)took just over 45mins & was a pleasant drive.
We changed our return pick up time(half an hour earlier) on the day before our departure & it was done so quick, no issues & on the morning of departure, our car was there, on time & again the driver(different man) was polite, professional & very friendly.
He explained if we needed to stop at any point to let him know, as our pick up was so early & some of the roads are a little windy, he said he has sick bags at hand if we needed them as sometimes passengers find it difficult to feel well.
Overall I’d highly recommend this company.

We choose them as transfer form and to airport and also from hotel to hotel to travel the other side of Mallorca. All was good they came in time with big enough cars (2times minibus) to fit all our bags and also with baby seat. I would choose them next time as well!

Our experience with Taxitours Mallorca was first class. The booking process was really easy and we were also able to amend our pick up time after the booking was made. On arrival at Palma airport, our driver was holding a card to clearly identify himself and then took us to our 9 seater minibus. The vehicle was very clean with child seats provided free of charge, and the driver was very friendly and professional. He gave me a card for the return pick up which was reassuring to know. The return trip was just as efficient with our driver arriving 10 minutes early. I would highly recommend them for your taxi transfer on the Lovely island of Mallorca. 😀

Outstanding company. Reliable with fantastic air conditioned and spacious transport. I could not recommend them enough.

We arrived on a flight that was delayed by two hours and then on top of this, the luggage of two people in our party failed to arrive We must have been three hours late by the time we got out and they were still there waiting for us, they had clearly used the flight number that I had given them to keep them informed.
The journey to the hotel was so comfortable with a spacious air-conditioned minibus to take us
When we got to our hotel they kindly agreed for us to adjust our original pick up time for a week later. They gave us lots of advice about the time we should be picked up. Within 24 hours they had emailed me with the adjusted time.
On the day of departure they arrived 15 minutes early to the hotel.to ensure no anxiety about being late on our return to the airport
The drivers both ways were delightful men who represented the company so brilliantly. I could not recommend this taxi company enough. Fantastic in every way. Thanks again Jane

Great taxi company, I booked and paid for return travel airport - Soller where we had rented a villa down a very narrow lane. The taxi was waiting when we arrived (half an hour early!) and the driver was happy to negotiate the narrow roads even though we offered to be dropped at the top of the lane. Collection at the end of the trip was right on time.
We’re coming back next year and will definitely use them again.

Driver showed up 15 minutes late we stared to panic we saw many other drivers there waiting for people . I had to call there number a few times before someone picked up and ask where is our driver , he finally showed up . After that everything was ok van was clean driver apologized for being late and he was pleasant the whole trip until we arrived!

We cannot do that service with a taxi, it should be a minibus which we think it would be too expensivein this case.
