Communication before the trip was no problem via email and replies were ALWAYS very quick. The drivers were very friendly, punctual and reliable on the outward and return journeys! The vehicles were clean and spacious! We traveled as a family of four with two small children, and child seats were available both times!

Excellent service! Even after a flight delay the driver was there with a sign waiting for us. We could pay in cash at the time of pick up (half on each ride), the car was really clean and the sits that we ordered for our kids (2 years and a baby) were there and in good conditions. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great experience with Taxi Tour Mallorca and can absolutely recommend the company. Despite the significant delay of our flight, the driver waited patiently for us at the airport. We really liked both the professionalism and the friendliness of the drivers. Driving was safe and comfortable, which is especially important for us as a family with two young children (4 months and 3 years). We particularly appreciated that suitable child seats were provided and there was enough space for all our luggage as well as the stroller. We are completely satisfied with the service and are already planning to use this company again on our next trip. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for reliable transport on the island!

Do not hesitate to book this company, you won’t be disappointed with the service. Mini bus was immaculate as was the driver Andres. He was very helpful asking if car seats were in the best position for the kids (7 months and 3 years) loaded our luggage and folded both pushchairs down. Was chatty but not over the top which was great. Would definitely use again. I only used this company on our return to the airport sadly as the company is booked both ways with was terrifying, unsafe and with an aggressive driver after I confronted him at the speed he drove with my kids in the car not in the correct car seats. Sometimes cheaper isn’t always better which I learnt.

Excellent service. Despite the flight being delayed our driver was there waiting for us and she was so helpful with the luggage and buggy. Lovely minibus with air conditioning. Child seat as requested was in situ and in good condition. This was a real bonus as several companies I looked at either didn’t provide a child seat or couldn’t guarantee I would get the size I requested! Friendly without being too chatty. She suggested for the return journey back to the airport that we could leave the hotel a little later and re emailed the new booking and time. Very competitive price and service was faultless. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We booked with Taxi Tour Mallorca for 4 adults with luggage from Puerto de Pollenca to Palma city centre. The driver arrived about 15mins before our booked time which was reassuring (she waited outside but we could see from our balcony) and she was friendly and professional. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the journey a relaxing experience. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others based on our experience. Thanks.

We booked a minibus to take 5 adults and 3 children from Palma airport to Puerto Pollensa returning a week later. The service was excellent! The driver was waiting for us at the airport as planned, the minibus was like new and the baby seats we requested were in place. We will use again we highly recommend them 😀
