Gorgeous gardens
Sep 2021 • Solo
Wandered through here en route to the cathedral. Beautiful shaded gardens with tranquil fountains. Could have lingered longer but had to keep on trucking. Can get quite busy. But the shade was v welcome.

Works of art by local superstar Joan Miro can be spotted here and there in Palma. The one standing on Costa de la Seu next to the small garden has company of Alexander Calder's mobile Nancy. Benches have been provided to sit under the shelter of trees looking at the fountain in the middle.

Refreshing
Feb 2020 • Couples
A Nice beautiful small garden adjacent to the Palace and cathedral. It has sculptures and a fountain in the middle along with benches and trees. At first, it gave me an impression of an Arab architecture. Its a good place to sit and rest for a while when you're having a walking tour of the palma old town.

Sculptures and Gardens
Nov 2019
South of Plaça De la Reina towards the Cathedral and adjacent to the Cathedral Hop on Hop Off bus stop, it’s worth a quick look, combined with your visit the cathedral. The gardens are directly below the Cathedral Palace walls and has sculptures and fountains (unfortunately not all working on our visit). You only need 10-15 minutes here for a photo.

Beautiful

Nice shaded walk - especially great on a hot day in full season. We were rained out, but still pretty little walk.

Last Full Day on Mallorca
Oct 2019 • Couples
My partner and I wanted to find something to do away from the beach. The weather had changed and now it is getting cooler. We decided the gardens would be a good location for a visit.
The gardens are a bit out but worth the trip. They are beautiful. The perfect place to relax and the have a lite lunch.
The old ranch house is also quite interesting.

Shade, water and Jonica
Oct 2019
Soothing sound of water and shade make this an excellent place to rest before continuing exploring this wonderful city, the garden also contains the Jonica sculpture.

A beautiful place to cool off.
Sep 2019
Let's face it Palma city can be hot during the summer months but the emphasis is on it being a place for people to enjoy. There are many secluded seating areas dotted around but this has to rate as the most beautiful one of all. With fountains and pergolas as well as plentiful stone benches to sit and relax on it is easy to forget that you are a few paces away from the major shopping areas. Enjoy.

Pleasant area, night or day
Sep 2019
This area is just outside the Royal Palace and is a lovely area to wander through. It is a Moorish style water garden and has plenty of shaded areas to just sit and people watch and plenty of stalls to browse and buy. We walked through mid morning and again late evening and both times the atmosphere was great and felt totally safe.

Shady spot

A place to sit and chill out of the direct sun. Well maintained and the sound of water soothes the spirit.
