We made our booking via text message (in English) & received a speedy response confirming our request for an early morning cab from Port de Sóller to Palma airport. Jose arrived 5 minutes before the pickup time & was instantly helpful, taking our bags & making sure we were comfortable. He was also very knowledgeable about the area - we really enjoyed chatting with him!

Taxi Mallorca 365 were waiting for us, as promised with my name on a board at the airport. The driver helped with our luggage and drove us to Soller Port. The price was competitive and as we arrived at 11 pm, we were delighted not to experience any difficulties! Will definitely use again!

Prior to flying out to Mallorca on a one week holiday, I booked a return taxi transfer for 4 persons with TaxiMallorca365. The booking was easy, pricing was made clear and meeting instructions were confirmed by email. On arrival at Palma, everything was as promised. Joanna was waiting with a name card inside Exit 4. She was extremely pleasant and communicative throughout the journey, the taxi itself was new, large enough for the four of us and very clean inside. There were no delays, we were straight to the hotel in the promised time. Our return flight was cancelled by EasyJet 25 mins prior to the agreed collection time and although the taxi was already on its way to us, a quick call to Ana to advise of the problem was all it took. New flights were booked that evening for the next day and Ana re-confirmed the new collection immediately…..she was understanding of our problem - her English was perfect….great service! I’ll be sure to use your transfers on all future holiday to Mallorca. Thank you Ana and the team - keep up the good work 😁
