Passeig des Born is a charming place to stroll or to have a cup of coffee in one of the many cafe's, but it has lost its status as thee shopping street to the many narrow streets in the old town on the eastern side. Be aware that it takes days to be confident with these streets.

Passeig des Born is a lovely pallasade of trees and outside cafes. On a cool November day it was peaceful and serene.

This avenue does remind you of the 'Ramblas' in Barcelona. Large avenue with lots of trees keeping you in the shadow while you stroll towards the hart of the city.

This is an unforgettable place to stroll. Super centre based cafes and super to stroll along or just sit and watch the world go by. Not to be missed. Puts Barcelona Rambla - although much smaller in to the shade

We loved the tree lined street on our second visit to Palma de Mallorca. We arrived on a cruise ship and decided to have a do-it-yourself visit to Palma. The Passage des Born is tree lined and filled with shops, cafes and points of interest. If in Palma, this is the must-see street.

The Passeig is lovely in itself, but is lined with shop, reastaurants and cafes. It's shaded by all the trees and in typical Spanish style, has lots of families enjoying the day together. A great spoke to visit key attractions such as the cathedral.

We came on this area more by luck than judgement but, are so glad we found it. The buildings are beautiful and there are so many photo opportunities. Lovely place to walk and stand back and admire the architecture of the buildings.

Love the covered streets in Europe. This one is quite short but nice. Since it is in the touristy area it is not something that you have to search out.

This is a great shopping area with a variety of shops for all budgets. Check out the streets/alleyways each side as there are lots of great shops hidden away. Two of my favourite fashion shops are Kling (Carrer Constitució) and Cronopios (Carrer de Sant Feliu) both of which offer something a little different.

Passeig Borne is special and has all thr major (posh) shops like Rolex etc. I made the effort to read up about the history of Palma, also about the black pages of it's history (1936/1937 etc). But I always love being there. It has a certain magic, especially when the Xmas lights come on. Beautiful!!
