With its church-like interior and bizarre fruit-themed decorating motif, this bar is easily one of the most unusual nightspots in the area: the wacky, surreal ambiance is well worth the pricey drinks.

The venue is very authenic and breathtaking. But i felt like i was waiting for the pirates of the carribean ride at disneyland. More people come in this place for the scenery then for the drinks. And by charging 16€ for a coctail i cannot blame them... I will not go back

I had read about Abaco before going to Palma and so was able to find but, if you do not know about it, it is tucked away behind a large wooden door in a side street. On entering, I challenge anyone to utter "Wow"! You are met by a sight of pure opulence, grand staircase, statues, an abundance of flower... More

After having a fabulous dinner next door we decided to pop across to the highly rated bar Abaco. We were excited to enter through the oversized doors to this quirky visual gem in the middle of the town, However the ambiance was much more appealing than the menu or service. While the atmosphere of the bar itself is very interesting,... More

The Abaco bar is hard to find ; there are no flashing lights or neon signs outside. It is situated on the Calle San Juan 1 in Palma behind huge wooden doors. You leave the busy streets behind & enter into a different world ! It is a 17 th Century mansion & is decorated with hundreds of apples, oranges,... More

Nothing to say more than we've had one of the best experiences EVER in that stunning bar. Though prices are a bit expensive, the whole experience is definitely worth it. The place is a dream on earth and the staff is SO nice.

Yes the drinks are expensive, but you only need to go for one to see the beautiful display inside and the courtyard. The flowers are beautiful and the whole place is so unique. Worth a visit most definitely

This place is surreal and a must see. The staff can be rude but you're in Spain; it's the way in most places here. Think of the €16 as the entrance fee with a free cocktail. Whether you like it or not is up to you but either way you will be amazed. The cocktails are good and it means... More

Well worth the visit, would be mad to go to the wonderful city of Palma and not go there, six of us went and had a cocktail, nobody made us feel we had to leave and we had a good wander round and took photos, although it said you shouldn't nobody took any notice. People have mentioned the price of... More

We had heard about the famous cocktails here so we ventured out spent a little time in Abaco . We found the waiters were very professional with gold cumberbands and a special flair for the theatrical- the drinks were exquisite though at 17€ a cocktail quite expensive however the wine was only 6€ a glass- so if on a budget...
