    Failed Transfer
    We scheduled a transfer from Stockholm Arlanda Airport to the Frihamnen Cruise Terminal on July 2, 2023. The driver did not show up in our terminal. We were forced to arrange for a taxi. The Company refused to reimburse us for the failed transfer. We prepaid for a service that was not delivered. I cannot recommend this company.

    Left stranded
    Our flight from Dublin to Palma was delayed when we arrived no one was there to meet us . When we contacted the company they said as we were more than 45 mins delayed they had cancelled our transfer and considered us a no show . Stating we were not due a refund for that same reason . So upsetting to be left stranded with 3 children after a day of travelling.

    Do not use this company - no matter how desperate you are for a ride!
    This company is one of the rudest companies I’ve ever come across! After booking and paying for my transfer from CDG airport to our hotel in Paris, we were told our driver would only wait one hour from when the plane lands and will not wait any longer. Our bags alone took 50 minutes to come off the carousel and Immigration took another 20 mins. The driver contacted me via text and told me to hurry up and collect our bags! Anyone who has ever travelled before would love to tell the bag carousel to go faster and bring your bags out first!! We asked the driver to please wait at which he replied rudely that he had left and cancelled our transfer and to contact customer service. Customer service were even ruder and said we would not get a refund as we took too long then promptly hung up in my husband’s ear. This company is the worst ever and it cost me 75 euro for absolutely nothing from this company but rudeness and stress! They are nothing but rip-off artists and obviously know how to steal peoples money without having to carry out any service. I have warned you - DO NOT USE THEM! Any reputable transfer company will know that it takes time to get through immigration and bag collection so would arrive later than the scheduled landing time. They would also take into account flight delays etc.

    Worst Company to book from!!
    Worst company ever!!!! They made me wait 4 hours at the lisbon airport just for them to tell me that their car broke down, having waited 4 hours after my arrival i had to book with another company a taxi at the price of £130, ridiculous company, would NOT recommend. Tried getting refund but the company won't do nothing about it. Save your money and pick a different and more reliable company.

    Nightmare booking
    Booked for collection and return.. we arrived in Malaga and a driver had our name on a placard so we went with them. On route to Nerja we got a text from who should have been driving to say the person we were with was not our driver.. we had to pay again (booking was pre-paid) and my transfers were unable/unwilling to do anything to support a refund. We then got an email on the morning of collection saying driver would be there at 8:37am… I booked for 12, but apparently that was the flight time and not the collection time. Dispite contacting them immediately they were unable/unwilling to do anything so we had to book a taxi direct via the hotel. Don’t prepay for transport in Spain!!!

    Unreliable - never use this service
    We had booked transfer from Gran Canaria airport to the hotel. The driver was not at the meeting point at the arrival hall as informed by MyTransfer. We called twice to the service number, but in both cases the service person promised to contact the driver, but we did not receive any response from the service provider. After waiting 45 minutes we decided to take local taxi, which drove us safely to the hotel. There is no way to claim your money back from this services after such experience.

    DO NOT use this company. We had booked a round trip from Cancun airport to our hotel in playa del Carmen. When we got to the airport, customs was backed up with broken machines and then we couldn’t locate our luggage. I tried calling all the numbers given to me and no one answered the phone. When we finally got out of the airport we found out the driver did not wait for us. We had to get a cab at an additional cost. I called the company while at the hotel and the person was very rude and said it was my fault and we will not get a refund and then hung up. I had to book another taxi to get back to the airport at my own expense. We couldn’t believe it, but my transfers sent a car for us at the wrong time, without informing us. Terrible customer relations. They would not offer us a refund even when I went through my cc company. I am out $90. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

    This company is worse than terrible, PLEASE DO NOT USE !!!
    Booked and paid for transfers from Jordan airport, for a family of 3 with young children, weeks before travelling. Didn't get my booking confirmation until few hours before arrival, in which, they promised to meet and greet with sign with lead traveller's name and the "Free Waiting Time" was for 60minutes, however we cleared walked into Arrival foyer, few minutes into the waiting time, looked around, made enquires and waited for about 55 minutes but there was no one there to pick us up. Almost 2 hours later after several phones calls, a local driver arrived to pick us up, after walking for about 10mins to get to the car, I complained and he abandoned, there and then, we were left stranded in the Cold at Amman Queen Alia Airport. I had to pay double for another taxi and they refused to give a refund..... Whatever you do, NEVER USE THEM !!!!

    Totally inflexible transfer company
    Avoid this transfer company as they are completely inflexible if your plans change from no fault of your own. Firstly, the contact number they provide doesn’t work so when you are desperately trying to sort out a different transfer time with ‘My Transfer’ you won’t be able to speak to anyone. Even if the telephone number worked, if your travel plans change within the 24 hours and you need to make a minor amendment to the timings, there is absolutely no flexibility with this company. So you are completely reliant on travel plans not changing, which is not realistic. Avoid them if you don’t want to get caught out and financially penalised.

    SCAM - Don’t trust them !
    I would have rate it 0 star if I could. MyTransfers is a real scam! We land in New Delhi this Monday 25/03 around midnight and we lost time in the airport because we had to register our footprints, so we came out of the airport around 1 AM. We paied in advance the car who should drive us to Jaipur during the night, who was supposed to wait for us with our name on a card at the exit of the airport. So we left the airport and there was nobody. We had no Wifi so we manage to find a local guy who can help us and try to reach the driver but no response … we spend an hour searching for him. It was so stressful because India is not safe everywhere and we had a hard time find someone who can drive us safely to Jaipur. We had to pay 120€ to get there with another cab and when we asked MyTransfers to make a refund (because we didn’t get their services) they refused it !! I’m still so chocked by their response… They lied and told us the driver was there and that is considered as a no show. They showed us screens from « messages » they have sent but we think they are fake because we never received them but later we received a message from the driver who said to us that he was there … at 5 AM … Very strange, isn’t it ? We had no reason to lie, there was nobody and the other ride cost us way more … company of liars ! RUN AWAY. PS : Sorry for my bad English, I speak French.

Extremely poor service. Didn't turn up for our transfer from Grand Canaria airport to Puerto du Mogan. Their excuse was because we were delayed. They should at least have notified us that they would not be there. After 30 minutes of trying to contact them they told us to get a taxi and they would refund the cost but 1 month later we are still waiting and they are ignoring emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Booked my transfers a year in advance to be picked up at Tenerife south airport and asked for a baby seat for an 18month old.
They said it wasnt a problem but i was still worried so emailed a few weeks before flight asking for confirmation that they could supply a baby seat, received confirmation saying yes a seat would be available also for return journey.
Surprise NO car seat and driver wasnt even waiting at airport.
Return journey the driver wasnt sure of address where we were staying even though it was booked with correct address a year in advance and NO baby seat again also said he was only supposed to be collecting 2 adults not 3 and an infant and i had all the paperwork with printed emails as proof.
Terrible Terrible service DO NOT USE if you have infants needing child seats they dont have any.

My sister and her 6year old daughter was stuck trying to get to Hurghada for three days. Finally she got a flight and so I tired to find a transfer for her to get from airport tp her hotel. I firstly booked one transfer then two came confirmed taking out payment twice. I emailed to let them know but they then cancelled both! I had to then rebook the transfers again!

Upon arrival at the airport my sister didn’t see the driver so had to end up paying for a new taxi to get to her hotel.

The agency in Egypt contacted me saying his driver was at the airport but didn’t see her. However this was way over an hour after her flight had landed. I told him she was there unless she missed the connection. I sent him a picture of her. But he said his driver said she must have not look for him properly because someone told him she left. How would he know that she left if he was there on time in the first place he would have seen her and not someone else telling him. So that’s the first failure to tell the truth.

The agency also told me his driver came on time and even sent me a timing card to show he was there. But I believe this is a lie because another taxi driver was there who I spoke to that helped her and he said he was walking around with her looking for her name but he couldn’t see anyone and he is a local so he knows most of the drivers so this means the agency driver must have taken someone else timing stamp to pretend he was there on time when he wasn’t.

I am really disappointed as she has had a very hard three days her flights were cancelled and she was stuck on the airport with a young child and finally got to hurghada and still had issues with her transfers.

I have told the agency in Egypt I think his driver made it up and took someone else timing card to pretend he was there on time. But whatever the reason he was not there and so I would like a full refund please as he didn’t turn up for her.

I then sent this information to the agency in the UK about this and requested a refund but they didn't respond to me. I sent 4 emails before finally they responded to say they had been given a time stamp along with my sister's name to show that the driver was there, so indeed ignoring what I told them about the situation. They have refused to refund me. I have advise I will be taking legal action regarding this as not only were they incompetent, they also lied. I won't let this issue go as I require a full refund for the terrible customer service received.

Intet svar fra deres support efter 1,5 måned (!)
Vi skrev til My Transfers support d. 14/5 og 20/5 efter vi havde brugt deres service på Kreta, men desværre den ene vej blev hentet af en bil med en siddeplads for lidt tilgængelig, så to passagere måtte sidde på skødet af hinanden i 2 timer.

Vi her mere end 1,5 måned efter intet hørt på tilbage på vores supporthenvendelse som har ID 267436.
Det er under alt kritik at man ikke få svar på ens henvendelse efterfølgende når man som betalende kunde skriver til My Transfers.

We wrote to My Transfers support on 14/5 and 20/5 after we had used their service in Crete, but unfortunately was picked up by a car with a seat too little available, so two passengers had to sit on each other's lap for 2 hours.

Here more than 1.5 month after we wrote still no heard back on our support request which got the ID 267436
It is not ok that you do not get a response on your e-mails, when you as a paying customer write to My Transfers.

Book a transfer for Palma airport. Arrived to find no driver waiting. Checked all exits and outside before heading straight to their office which is easy to locate. Got no apology or explanation, in fact no reaction just told to wait. It was Easter Sunday and we had a lunch reservation to get to once we had checked into our hotel and I needed to change outfits. I was starting to panic wishing I had just took a taxi as there were 2 other groups also waiting! But a few minutes later a driver arrived, friendly and helpful and my worries melted away.
The day before our return, Zip contacted me to advise an earlier pick up than booked due to morning traffic and the airport was getting busier. Was grateful with this level of customer service. Our friendly driver arrived 15 mins earlier on the departure morning than stated, was impressed and thankful as by the time we arrived the airport desks were queued out.
Cars were clean, both drivers friendly and helpful and although I wasn't happy that no driver was standing waiting on arrival (suppose it was Easter Sunday) the service was still very good. Enough so that I have booked them again for next months trip.

Do not use this company. We booked and paid for return transfers from airport Gran Canaria to Puerto Mogan. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and there was no message from this company and no taxi. We eventually found a contact number - this was not provided in booking confirmation. The number was in Majorca and we were told to get a local taxi and they would refund the cost. By that time the airport had closed and most of the taxis had gone. We submitted a claim for refund and despite being told we’d receive it within 14 days a month has now passed and no refund has been received and they no longer reply to us. Appalling company that cannot be trusted.

I am giving this company a 3 out of 5. The drivers were fantastic I cannot fault them They were waiting for me at both Rome Airport and Palermo Airport. Unfortunately the day I was to leave Rome Airport I was contacted by My Transfers to advise that the car had a flat tyre and unfortunately they would be arriving an hour late to pick me up to take me to the airport. I only had a 2 hour window to get to the airport to catch my flight which would not allow me enough time to check in and get to my gate. I was advised that it was no problem for me to cancel and that a refund would be given to me immediately. I had to then arrange for a tax to pick me up and this incurred another fee of 50 Euros. This occurred on the 22 June. We are now the 22 July. 2 Weeks later I sent an email to customer services who have ignored this. As yet have not received a refund. Unfortunately the Italians feel that they do not have to refund anyone. They believe that if you can afford to travel you can afford to loose money. Unfortunately with conversion rates this transfer did not cost me 42 Euros it actually cost me $80 Australian dollars which is a lot and which I work very hard for. Shame on My Transfers taking advantage of tourists knowing that there is nothing we can do to retrieve this but leave a really bad review and hopefully the next person who sees the will think twice before booking.

Booked and paid for return transfer to Palma Nova from the airport for myself and 2 elderly parents. Never again.

On arrival and following information given at booking, we stood waiting outside at the meeting point. After a while I had to make 2 calls and was told the driver was now inside the terminal, so back in. He was annoyed that we weren't there and said he had been waiting all the time for us, which was a lie as we had to pass that way to get outside. When i showed him the arrival info I received he just said it was the wrong information! Not My Fault Sunshine. You work for these people!

They cancelled my return booking at 11:30pm for a 05:30am pickup a few days later. No reason nor apology. This caused unwelcome stress for myself and my parents who cannot rush. Luckily, the hotel arranged a transfer taxi for us on time.

We will never ever use them again. I had wiped their name from my memory until i just received a Black Friday 30% off deal with them for future bookings. I wouldn't book them if they were offering me a free transfer! Abysmal service.

Avoid like the plague!!!!
This company uses agencies around the world and it was a horrific experience,.

We landed and there was a scruffy guy waiting with my name written on an A4 lined piece of paper which had just been torn out a note pad, my name scrawled in biro.

He didnt even park in the proper parking, we had a wee bit of a walk to a bit private land he must know about, he then had to move a barrier to get out, this was obviously used to avoid getting a fine for parking there.

We get to the destination and I normally tip the driver , so I handed a 10 euro over, he looked confused and started to show me whatsapp messages, saying that I had to pay an extra 40 euros.

I showed a print out that I had booked etc and he then proceeded to phone someone who was extremely rude to me then went off on one in Italian ..... at the end of the conversation he said' you pay what you want' and hung up. I didnt pay anything,

For the whole week I tried to get in contact with Mytransfers but no joy, it basically ruined my holiday as I was unsure if the driver would collect us to take us back to the airport, I had to make a contingency plan that would cost me 120 euros for a local taxi.

Luckily the Mytransfer driver turned up on the day of departure and I made my flight.

As I said avoid like the plague, this company obv has no control over the shabby agencies it uses and has no support once you have made a booking.
