It was a beautiful day out to Dragonera Island. Such amazing place on the South of Mallorca. We booked an excursion with click mallorca, what was the best choice to visit the little island. We had a ferry, lunch, swimming stop and free time included. Easy booking and very clear information. Dragonera Island is one of nature wonders in Balears, which you should totally visit. With a lot of little and not only lizards around you can see the island wonders. Highly recommended!

The dragons/lizards were crazy close and tame. Incredible experience. The island is fantastic and very photogenic. Birds were great too. Plenty of Eleonora's falcons.

In Peguera there were multiple options of boat trips to Dragon Island. We opted for the trip on Atalaya II. To book we gave our name at the desk on the main street of Paguera, then paid €26 September rate per ticket when boarding the boat. (Orange and white boat). When you board , one of the crew will take a photo witb your permission, then present a copy for purchase later at €5 per photo.
This was a 4.5 hour trip from Paguera, via Santa Ponsa to Dragon Island along the very dramatic South West coastline of Mallorca. We landed on Dragon Island for an hour which was enough for us to wander into the information centre then a little way along one of the paths across the island. We saw loads of lizards, birds of prey and experienced the arid landscape of the island.
Next was a stop at the beautiful little harbour of Sant Elm for a swim. Snorkels available for a €40 refundable deposit. They work really well so worth getting. A very tasty snack lunch followed the swim and some entertainment by the crew. Finally the homeward leg.
Great value and the crew were all very welcoming, jovial and friendly. (Even at the end of a long season). A lovely way to spend a day!

This boat trip is terrible! We paid to go on this and they cancelled both days! The company we booked it through didn’t inform us so we waited over an hour for the boat to arrive. Won’t be trying again, load of rubbish!

Nice (currently) unspoilt parc with cute little Dragoneras. The view from the top after a small hike is fantastic.

I would suggest to those managing the parc that food should be forbidden when visiting the island. We saw a family of tourists feeding dragoneras and left behind a pile of food/litter.

Myself and my family had the Day at sea trip on the Atalaya II boat departing from Peguera pier, the boat was clean and tidy with excellent attentive staff, all the bar staff made the cocktails from scratch on board. The boat stopped for a lovely snorkel stop then later for a lunch stop, the lunch being a tasty tuna salad.
Next stop was an hour at Dragon Island which people could either have an hour on the island a snorkel or both. All in all a most pleasing experience. The staff were great and the stops most enjoyable. Having done various boat trips in Majorca the Atalaya II was the best I’ve done.

We took a tour to Dragonera as part of a boating package my girlfriend and myself got. We were told that the island was frequented by pirates in the late 1800s or perhaps the early 1900s. Either way it adds to the intrigue of the place. When you dock, you will need 1€ to enter the park. You won't find any pirates or lost treasures but you will find several unique trails for you to traverse and while you're on your hike you will immediately notice the abundance of the islands local landlords. They're little lizards that curiously peep out of every rock formation you see and they're really, really cool. If you're careful you can get one of them to climb into your hand and take a photo with you (however coaxing them to do so cannot involve feeding them). It's a really interesting experience and that alone is enough to cause me to recommend you to visit Dragonera.

If you travel to Sant Elm by car, there is an easy parking and from there a short walk to a small harbor. From there take the water taxi for €12 and pay €1 for entry of the park. The water taxi ride takes about five minutes and is quite fast. The island is wonderful, and you can easily spend a full day walking and relaxing. Snorkeling and swimming is only possible in the small harbor unless you have your own boat or canoe, but it is worth it. Highlight of the island, hence it is protected, are the small salamanders who, unfortunately spoiled by people that feed them against the rules, come to your hand. There are hundreds and at some points you have to be careful not to step on one. It is worth every penny and with kids it is super fun. If you want you can walk many hours, for a short stroll you can wear flip flops. The views are really amazing. Bring enough water and food and don’t forget to take your waste back to Mallorca!

We took a 5 and a half hour catamaran boat trip with lunch, to this beautiful island. Uninhabited, but a beautiful nature reserve. Staff do go by boat to maintain the island, so it is beautifully kept. We only saw a few geckos, as the weather was not yet very hot. The island has several walks you can go on, though rocky, so suitable footwear is advisable. We only had an hour on the island with the tour we did, though I thoroughly recommend a visit.

For this tour you need at least 6 hours to gain maximum experience this national park provides.
Anyway if you wanna spend some time here don't forget about proper shoes and something to eat and drink becouse there is no shop on the island.
