beautiful cove with easy access. It has a nearby parking from which you must leave the car and continue for about 10 minutes on foot. Sun loungers with umbrellas can be hired if you arrive early. At the beginning you come to a small cove that you can skirt along a path and reach a slightly larger one. Get up early to be able to enjoy more tranquility.

Most beautiful beach in Mallorca in my opinion. Tip: if you want to lunch at the beach restaurant, make a reservation beforehand.

You can park less than 8 minutes away from the beach, and there are pleasant walks through the beach from there. We went in shoulder season, May, but it can be quite crowded.
The water is crystal clear and there are at least 3 pretty beaches one after another so you can walk a bit, you can see very panoramic views. Nice spot!

Such a beautiful beach. We stayed in cala egos and got a taxi here for €9 each way, pretty reasonable for a day out and a lot cheaper than the boat trips here, plus you’re on your own time as well and not working to anybody else’s schedule. We were dropped off at cala Mondrago, this is probably the more commercial beach and has pedalos, sun loungers and two restaurants to choose from. From reviews I wouldn’t bother with the one closest to the road and would walk along Mondrago beach to the one at the other side. We had a beer there but didn’t eat. Most of our time was spent at the other beach along the concrete walkway which seems a little bit more natural. There’s a small beach hut serving takeaway food and drinks and sunloungers to rent (around €15 for the day). The best bit though had to be the snorkelling. You can snorkel all the way round from one beach to the other, the water is crystal clear and is probably some of the best snorkelling I’ve done in a while. The water doesn’t really get much deeper than 5 to 8 metres and you can see all the way to the bottom. The fish are just your regular “Spanish” coastal fish but because the bay is sheltered you can swim quite confidently all the way around and see a lot of the bigger ones as you get into the deeper parts. Because the water was quite calm and warm there you could stay in longer and watch some of the natural behaviours rather than just watching them dart by on their way to somewhere more exciting 🤣 absolute gem of a beach and worth a visit. I spent so much time in the water I didn’t even get chance to explore the natural park, but I hear there’s quite a lot of wildlife so will be making a point to visit again one time 💕

Pick up a map from the hut at the parking spot and walk in delightful surroundings. The beach is great and the blue waters safe and inviting for kids

We were there just a couple of days ago, with 2 kids and stroller. The logistics were made very easy. The are 2 bays, linked by a path, then there is the park to walk around. It was great fun and the kids enjoyed the natural experience. Mondrago has a restaurant (food was terribly greasy and not fresh) and offers water activities. S'amardores is the more natural bay and really amazing spot. There is a little snack bar for refreshments. Close to that is the Natural Reserve which is beautiful to walk around. This spot is definitely the best one we saw around Cala d'Or area!

My favorite beach on Mallorca. Walk around the cliff path to the furthest cove which is the nicest.
The first beach tends to be very crowded and the cafes are expensive.

We travelled here from our hotel in Cala Egos using the local bus (1.75E each)
Two beaches, the first seemed more family orientated. Both very clean, clear water, busier as the day went on, but really enjoyable. Some seaweed at the entrance to part of the sea, but nothing to cause any problems or worry about.
Definitely worth a visit

Really really beautiful beach. Cannot understand the negative reviews. We went by car and parked it outside the official parking lot to save money. Had to walk maybe 500 m more but it was ok. We chose to go to the other beach, the second one, there is a well kept path through the rocks, the views are simply beautiful. The color of the water will make you cry. There were eating options and showers in the first beach which are helpful. Super worth it and would come here again. Good to have a beach with nature around and no hotels.
