An average experience

Appalling front of house service led by a woman called Maria who apparently is in charge of reservations. An arrogant rude individual who should be avoided at all costs. Assistant front of house individuals looked confused and under pressure. Waiters however were delightful and setting very nice. Good food. If owners could sort out their front of house it would be a great experience.

Fantastic - thanks to the food and Maria

Unbelievable lunch at the restaurant. Food is the best we have had in Spain. Maria the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. You have to book. Nicky running the beach is not the best! You have to book in advance. Order a few starters but the best is the lobster and the crab.

Not a nice sunday experience

Extremely arrogant service and believe me, I am always sweet and friendly and usually give a very decent tip. Sorry, not this time. What did I ever do to you or did u just have a bad day that u need to work out on the first visitors of the day?🤷‍♀️ Ruined the whole experience, that’s for sure. Lady in the Restaurant is very friendly and helpful and makes up unknowingly for the jerk on the beach

Spoilt nature! Unrefined!
Sep 2018 • Family
What a horrible place with 3 disco-beach spoiling what probably was a luxurious natural spot. Noise pollution all around and no place for people to lay on the beach. Avoid if you are with kids unless you know where exactly to go. It is a real pity. Such a nice island does not deserve such an unrefined, pretentious tourism.

Children friendly and beautiful beach
Aug 2016 • Friends
Every year in Ibiza we choose the best spots for our stay. For 2016 the perfect one has been Cala Jondal - Alegría. Sun beds can be booked, table as well. Parking. Children friendly, nice staff, clean water in the sea. The only difficulty is getting into the water, but this can also be lots of fun!

Pebbly beach away from the crowds.

Just spent a lovely day here. Decided against Blue Marlin and opted for the one next door, Es Savina. We had 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for €45. A bit pricy but we thought we'd have a treat. The beach consists of really large pebbles but is still really pretty, surrounded by cliffs. Lots of yachts moor up and transport people to Blue Marlin on small speedboats. The sea is clear and good for snorkelling, different fish can be seen only a feet away from the shore line amongst the rocks. Really enjoyed this beach but wouldn't recommended it for young children.

Poor access
Jun 2016 • Couples
The only way we could see to access this beach was to buy an expensive sunbed in the Blue Marlin. We are not one of the 'in-crowd' so did not try this. Drove off to find somewhere less glitzy.

Beach not so great - Blue Marlin is the star of the show
Aug 2015
The beach itself is nothing to write home about. We stayed for drinks at Blue Marlin, and as usual, the vibe was good - trendy set of people and the Mojitos are still arguably the best served up in Ibiza!

Rocky place...
Aug 2015 • Couples
This beach is really beautiful but be prepared for renting a sun bed..., otherwise is impossible to stay at the seaside... the rocks are just huge and round, impossible even to sit down... The water is not very clear because of the rocks and I advice you to go there with some sort of shoes otherwise you will hurt yourself. But the beach is very nice so you must pass by...
