Donastia historical beach

You cannot go to Donastia without walking along La Concha Beach, or if the weather permits to have a swim!

Nice bay. You can go al the way to the port or old town walking in the water. Never overpopulated as the beach is very spacious. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented.

A walk by the broadwalk along the beach during sunset was very relaxing. Sitting at the Lourdes Hotel for a drink and watched people walking and cycling by was good for a break after a long day driving to and touring at Gateria.

One of the longest and most beautiful beachesI have had the pleasure to vist. I reckon it is about 2 km long and very safe with reasonable size waves that make it safe for all ages.

The water was nice but there was too much people. Its a very average beach! I recommend the other beach where the Kursaal is!

This beach is packed every day in the holiday period. When the tide goes out the sand you sit/lie on his hard. So be prepared for that or take beach chairs or you can hire them when you get there. Great restaurants/bars line the beach where you can dine or relax in lounges watching the sun set over La Concha.... More

La Concha Beach is truly incredible! The shape of the beach and how it curves makes it look spectacular! It is a great place to go!

By far my favourite beach in San Sebastian. Great for early morning runs or relaxing in the afternoon.

We spent several afternoons at La Concha on our visit to San Sebastian. It's well sheltered making the surf easy for swimming, safe with kids. Lots of opportunity for water sports such as kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, and there are two or three docs with a little slide and diving boards. Not a surfing beach. Right in town easy walk...
