This is a beautifully located and scenic beach with soft sand and it is in a bay with a narrow opening so it is protected from the rough sea outside, except when it is REALLY rough and the surfing waves come right in to the...More

Spent a few days in San Sebastián for a holiday. The beach was the first thing we came across and boy was it busy. Sure there were a lot of people but we walked along the warm dry sand until we found a relatively open...More

Beautiful and breathtaking at sunset, this beach is famous for its very wide, sandy beach and the many surfers that come here year round. Definitely nice and it will be good to come back for a dip in the summer when it will be warmer

In reality, no words can really describe this place. It’s simply extraordinary :) The bay is wonderful with Santa Clara Island in the middle of it. During the summer, it gets extremely crowded. Water temperatures are nice during the summer. Usually, no jellyfish in the...More

As it was January there was limited swimming, but the beach is lovely. It's that archetypal crescent beach that you think all beaches should be. There's an approx 3km esplanade that is very nice for a run. Have a look at the Miramar gardens too.

This is the beach where you feel the hart beat of the city. When we came here we walked in the sunset. The sea was very rough because it was full moon and high tide. It was nice to watch people surf and kayak in...More

Such a picturesque beach, only wish we were here in swimming weather although there were were some who braved the water. The local sand artists? drew pictures in the sand, beautiful and entertaining. Reminded us of northern beaches in Sydney, very special. Fantastic promenade to...More

A great place to stretch ones legs, get a sense of the sea and town and the life these lucky San Sebastiános (or whatever they are called!) live. A beautiful bay that can be seen very nicely from the 2 hills that bookend it.

I don’t think so. There are on the other beaches but La Concha is the nicest one and best for swimming.

Yes it will be open in fact nice to visit off season. Its a pretty large town not just a tourist place. But the weather is less predictable - oceanic influences mean wet winters and sometimes summers but its a beautiful town.
