In mid July the water was brisk at first, but cool and inviting. Hundreds of people in the water attest that it's warm enough for swimming. Great to beat the 90 degree heat. There are no vendors roaming the beach trying to sell you crap...More

The best beach with golden sand and beautiful surroundings. Queen Victoria used to spent her summer holidays here enjoying the sea.Try early hours walk or jogging on the beach.Very relaxing!

I guess the other side beach you said is zurriola. Because the other beach which is called ondarreta is connected to la concha. Zurriola beach is nice as it is famous for big great waves. You can spend an half of day... More

ZURRIOLA Beach seems to be busy all the time with surfers and children. It is smaller than La Concha which is busy on weekends but is quieter during the week. La Concha is the more beautiful beach to look at. We stayed... More
