Absolutely wonderful, romantic and scenic place to visit. If the weather is fine there is no better place to be.

We rented a flat in from of the beach for the week and enjoyed it rain or shine.. Weekends it can get pretty packed.. especially if the sun is our...classic golden sand beach with killer view...

But deserted, probably because the weather was not amazing. Stunning nonetheless. The sea did look very calm and it would be ideal for families in summer.

First time visitor to San Sebastián so perhaps I am missing the point but was astounded by the crowds, so many people on the beach sunbathing but way less actually swimming. The beach looks beautiful, I did not swim as the shark nets put me...More

Where else can you be on a beach at 7pm. Shower and clean facilities. Little things like feet showers right on the beach. No vendors.

This is probably one of the prettiest beaches and harbors I've seen, especially in the middle of a city. There's a long promenade to walk along and enjoy the view. You should see it!

Lovely beach, lovely promenade with carousel, park and music. Could stroll there everyday, and the beach was very clean and not crowded.

There are toilets and showers+taps to rinse off the saltwater on the beach. The beach itself is really nice and worth a visit!

Lots of people on the beach as well as walking along the promenade. Nothing to do but great people watching and re-energizing.

I don't know the official line on this I'm afraid, but I have seen many people on the beach with dogs. I would be surprised if there was a ban due to the massive size of the beach
