Great horseshoe beach with views out to the island. you can rent a kayak or paddle boards and head out into bay. Didnt see many umbrellas or thankfully those annoying vendors that harass you at some beaches. Great place to stroll along either during day or at night. Could use a few fast food or bars close by though.

Wow this place is packed on a beautiful summer day! Having said that, everyone was very respectful of each other's personal space and all people there were having their own fun from toddlers to teens to the elderly. So wonderful to have easy access to a lovely sandy beach right downtown! Tapas bars nearby and easy access drinks just feet... More

Such a place, San Sebastián just keeps on giving. The beach and Boardwalk is superb, just stroll along and be in awe. Rolling waves one side and major city and old town right there!!

We had a walk tour here and the beach is just great. Great view. Weather was cold but the sunshine does help warm you a bit. Even when the sea water is freezing cold, many locals would still go dipping. Brrrrr..

A magnificent beach with a lovely view surrounded by picturesque views and clean and tidy developments. The sand was clean and welcoming and it was not overcrowded. Swimming was a pleasure

Beach is very long and wide. Very clean and the water appeared to be very calm - never went swimming as it was too cold. Would assume beach is packed during the Summer.

This beach/bay is beautiful any time. The promenade is generously wide allowing ample room for both pedestrians and cyclists. The traditional paseo before lunch and dinner sees families and friends strolling together. Wonderful

What an amenity for the city of San Sebastian! This would be the place to spend your lunch hour if you worked here. Although it was busy there was room for everyone and there was no litter whatsoever. Nor was there rowdy or uncouth behaviour. We would have stayed longer, but the tide chased us away. It was one of... More

The beach is ideally suited to bathers , sun bathers and is good long stretch of beach so as not to look to congested when there are a lot of people on it.
