Broad, curved golden beach. Great for views, for walking, and swimming. We walked from Mount Igueldo at one to the old town at the other .... a good walk, and a popular one it seems.

We love this beach and always try to get bikes to go the full length and to the newer area Playa de Zuriola. You can walk to do both but would be long walk. Bikes are a must do way to see it all!

Whether you can officially or not - people do take their dogs to the beach. The ones we saw in the evening were having lots of fun.
