You stumble upon this most impressive church whilst wandering the old town. The fascade is a work of art, so intricate and yet so beautiful

A nice church. That is about all I can say. The back altar is the thing to see and if you go in the door and look around you can forgo the entry fee.

The exterior of the church is very beautifully decorated, very ornate. However, on entering they demanded a fee of 3 euros, and I turned back. It was a shame as it looked really pristine inside

Shame they choose to charge €3 entry as many visitors only get as far as the reception desk before turning round and missing the great interior space. Great quiet atmosphere - allow 30 mins for a visit.

It was a walk into history and worth visiting regardless of your faith. The edifice is impressive. Check it out!

I didn't go inside because it was one of the only churches with a fee to enter. But just the outside is amazing. Viewed up this little street in the parte vieja it's really a must see.
