In the end you did not book at the hotel and from the initial 5 bikes, it was only one bike for you. We prepared a special product for you following your instructions to help you book the bike you never booked, a bike that we kept locked for several days to prevent someone else from booking it. On February 23rd, was our last email requesting a response, which we never got. That is why we find this constructive criticism on your part strange.
