This beach isn't as pretty as the concha beach and towards the far end it becomes very rocky, there is a beach bar though for a refreshing drink and snack they have an English menu! The steps between the two beaches by the shore line become unable to get to unless you want to swim or walk through the water... More

One of the three beaches of SS and located in the La Concha bay. Its dimensions are enough to have nice walks, play football on the beach, lie on the sand or have a snack in one of its bars. Sometimes it has some stones next to the water that make the swim a little challenging.

Although only about half as long as La Concha beach, Ondarreta Beach is wider and has a greater surface area. The easy and abundant parking makes it popular with the locals, but it seldom gets overcrowded. Free overnight parking is allowed for motor-homes in the designated area, so a youthful and interesting crowd of campers will be found there at... More

Although this is a separate beach, it is actually an extension of La Concha and you can walk all the way round when the tide permits. Great sand, lovely views and, because it is further away from the town centre, it tends to be quieter than La Concha.

San Seabstation is a gem. we enjoyed walking along the promenades. We were here just recently so it was not high tourist season. A lovely beach too.

A lovely beach. Clean and fine golden sand. No sun beds and kept natural how beaches should be. Not as busy as La Concha (although that beach wasn't really that busy either) Public toilets available and if you want to have a great bite for lunch then take a walk to Bar Danena. The best morcilla sausage and lovely chicken... More

This is a beautiful setting when the sun is out. Large sandy beach with bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes.

You have to be brave to take the plunge before about May ......A fastastic option is the swim over to the island which takes a few minutes depending on the tide ....There is a platform to rest on halfway over if you need . The beach is also the site of an old prison where a lot of really unpleasant... More

It might seem at first glance that La Concha is one long beach but it is in fact split into two with Ondaretta being the other, further away from the city centre. For the season it is often much quieter and there is a fair bit of street parking available.
