I was deeply surprised by this beautiful railway station facade in downtown Bilbao. If seeing only a picture of it, I would locate it in southern Spain, not in Basque. The station is just by the riverfront, across the Arriaga theater and it dominates this...More

The tile work on the face of this station is truly unique and a little awe-inspiring. Even if you are not using the station for travel, it is still worth a visit and a photo opportunity to see it in person.

The design of the Railwayststion is one of its kind! What a fine architectural discovering. It needs always people with visions to create such a perfect taste.

The station has a beautiful cast iron facade facing onto the river; the other item of note is to follow the station through to the Estacion de Albano to see the beautiful stained glass window depicting people, places and industries of the Basque Country

We walked past this beautiful building The Estacion de Santander on our way back from the Old Town to our hotel. It is very impressive seen from the Bridge.

This is a very attractive train station. It's just across the river of the casco Viejo. Pure artwork.

Close to Casca Viejo, just across the river there is a very attractive building-Santander station. You cannot miss it, as it is really beautiful.
