I couldn't disagree more with Carlos B. After trying several bars in the "ruta del vino" this one was the best by far. How many bars do you know serve "atún de almadraba" (age-old bluefin tuna fishing technique). Meals with a twist and excellent bartenders (the kind that remembers you and what you had the last time you went...). I will definitely go back on my next visit to Oviedo.
