Emoz is a delight! The magic of origami is so intriguing and colorful. It's hard to imagine how the artists are able to create such stunning pieces. It's a bit out of the center of things, but well worth the journey. I would say a "must see" in Zaragoza.

Very disappointed to find that the exhibition is now permanently closed, after checking online beforehand & finding this hidden museum. Had a look at some of the other exhibits down stairs in this very contemporary building, interesting but not what we especially travelled to see in this quiet district of the city

The exhibition of the origami museum Zaragoza changes every 3 months, in those few days of renovation the museum was closed, it is closed only 4 days every 3 months, the dates of the current exhibition and the following one can be consulted on our website. We are very sorry that your trip to Zaragoza just happened casually in those days.

I'd read some reviews and thought we'd at least experience this. OMG!! We were utterly fascinated by the art of origami, who would have thought this would be so fabulous. They change some of the exhibition three monthly and while we were there we were lucky enough to see an exhibition of Vietnamese origami. The normal exhibition is wonderful and informative about the history and development of this art form. Also amazingly there is lots of explanation in English as well. It was a learning experience. Basically a total learning experience and one we know has lead us to really appreciate an art form we had never considered. Blown away would most certainly describe us!

This is on the top floor of a much larger gallery complex and it is set away from the main tourist route but it is worth the effort. The range and quantity of origami examples is superb and it is a credit to the city that this exhibition is available.

This is a lot more amazing than it sounds. We were taken aback from the diversity of the creations. I never really thought of origami as an art, but this museum changed my mind. And also it is good to see something lighter after the baroque chapels.
