If you've got time, this is a great stop when visiting Zaragoza. Lots of cool origami, explanations in Spanish and English about its history and the different styles now, and cool exhibitions on the latest breakthroughs in the origami world. I had no idea all the depth that went into this art form and I loved seeing the very fancy pieces here. The price of admissions is only 3 euros (2 if reduced fare) so it was a lovely visit. It's also in a cool building that hosts other museums and community events, worth a walk around if you have time.

If you have any interest in origami you will certainly enjoy this. Even if you don't you will be surprised by the creativity and beauty of the work.

The main exhibition space is dedicated to whatever artist is being showcased at that time and the permanent exhibition itself, with a history of origami is interesting.

Museum displaying works of origami of all shapes and sizes. Lots of information available in English too. Great value for money and we were given a beautiful little origami too. One of my favourite parts of my trip.

This was a remarkable entertainement. I travelled all the way from Japan to see the only origami museum in Europe. The staff of the building was particularly gentle. The director of the museum was even welcoming visitors in the entrance (by the way, the origami design there is really delightful). We were offered very cute origami models before the tour. And I was super happy to learn I could take pictures inside the museum too (without flash).
Apart from the permanent exhibition about origami history, new collections are regularly displayed. The models were created by very famous origamists from all around the world. They are all impressing and charming.
During the weekend I had the opportunity to attend an origami workshop. There is something fantastic about origami: even if your Spanish is not perfect, you may learn by seeing the instructor's demonstration only. It's also heartwarming to see other attendees helping each other or complimenting their works. The skilled and kind origami instructor will teach you how to fold several cute and funny origami models. Don't miss it!
Finally, you may go back home with nice souvenirs of the museum, such as postcards or magnets, and a wide range of origami books from several countries, sometimes in 2 languages at least. Guess why my luggage was so heavy at the end of my journey there? ^^

Emoz is a delight! The magic of origami is so intriguing and colorful. It's hard to imagine how the artists are able to create such stunning pieces. It's a bit out of the center of things, but well worth the journey. I would say a "must see" in Zaragoza.

This is a lot more amazing than it sounds. We were taken aback from the diversity of the creations. I never really thought of origami as an art, but this museum changed my mind. And also it is good to see something lighter after the baroque chapels.

Mind blowing origami art. There is origami and then there is origami!

This museum (which is not the easiest to find) is the perfect size. It is the only museum in Europe dedicated to origami.

Many fabulous pieces and educational at the same time.

We loved it.

+ No one there. We were the only visitors.
+ The business card is a piece of origami. Very cute.

€2 per person, except jubliados who get in for free.

Truth in advertising: I am a high and middle school math teacher with 45 years of experience (so please put these comments in context) and this place was neat! It's not huge - maybe 6 or 7 rooms - and, when we were there, very uncrowded, but it's very, very well done. While most of the information is in Spanish there are periodic placards in English (plus QR codes) but there's an easy history to follow and then some absolutely stunning examples of origami. Really reasonable price - either 2 or 3 € - and just fascinating stuff. It's a lovely space as well - big, very comfortable air-conditioning, and in a very interesting part of ZGZ.
