Description:

If you think that there is no way of enjoying a unique landscape in Europe...

If you think that there is no way of enjoying a unique landscape in Europe without simultaneously having to share it with crowds around you, you will be gladly surprised to discover the Ebro River in Aragon (NE Spain). From the Castellar cliffs and castle to the Ribera Baja Goosnecks, a dramatic contrast between the arid “bardena” and the fluvial jungle remains barely known by the public, and therefore offers a great chance for those travelers looking for an intimate experience of Nature and its beautiful scenic views.More than 150 miles of mostly calmed waters give you the opportunity of choosing the branch of the Ebro you want to explore on the kayak, both in a half day trip or in a longer journey up to 1 week long. We will always try to share our knowledge and love to this river, the biggest in Spain regarding its average flow, but more importantly an extremely rich environment both regarding its ecological values and its historical heritage. We are happy to practice our English, Français, Italiano and of course Spanish while sharing the wonders hidden in the Ebro, from the amazing bird watching to the breathtaking sunset’s reflections on its waters, as well as all the unique panoramic views only enjoyable from inside the river. Guiding a trip means for us both guaranteeing your security as well as making sure you get the most of the fluvial experience, so we will try to help you understanding the landscape… and even listening to its whispers!-)Feeling tempted? Then you might be interested in Ryan Air flights to Zaragoza from Germany, UK, Italy… and the availability of the rural lodgings in the surroundings of our base in Cabañas de Ebro, at the heart of a pintoresque rural county just 30 minutes away from Zaragoza city. We give a comprehensive service if desired, so we would receive you at Zaragoza’s Airport and bring you to a genuine experience of the river, its surroundings and its people. If you are lodged in Zaragoza, you might be interested in cruising down its monumental city center: paddling along “The Bridges of Zaragoza” will allow you to enjoy unique sights of its monuments as you have great fun splashing and bathing in the river!

Great way to experience Zaragoza

The views of the bridges and city were very nice from the river. The guide was very friendly and gave us some history about the river and city in English.

We joined this kayak event as a couple aged around 50 years. This is certainly not a problem. More than 3 hours of relaxed kayaking downstream along the world expo site and the cathedral... Nestor, the guide is a passionate speaker : nature, the expo, river history.. Halfway, there was a stop with a little drink. Marvellous experience. You have... More

EbroNAUTAS is definitely a high recommendation for anyone who visits Zaragoza and wants to see the most beautiful parts of the area! The guides gave very clear instructions (in perfect English too) and were experts in giving interesting facts about the surroundings and Zaragoza, too. We were with a big group (30 people) but they made sure everyone kept up... More

We enjoyed the kayak experience a lot, we went with a group of 30 youngsters. The guides were nice and were able to speak English, so we could understand all the instructions, jokes and interesting facts about the river. We recommend it 100%!

A great experience! I Recommend to everyone. we were a couple and we did the tour between Alcala de Ebro and Cabañas de Ebro. It's a great way to see the river Ebro, just only 15 km from zaragoza we can find a river ebro so different from what we are used to seeing

More

Really a fantastic way to discover Zaragoza! We would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Our guide Nestor made it a pleasant as well as informative trip. Pictures, chips and beers: Nestor took also care of it (we could leave our belongings dry and safely with the organisation). Big plus is also the excellent English. So it made it very easy... More

A great experience! I Recommend to everyone. We were a couple with a 7 years old girl. We all enjoyed the trip including all the interesting information the guides gave us about the river, animals and plants. They pick you up at the end of the trip and drive you back to the start point. It is good for all... More

We were a group of 25 people, we did the 2H tour. It was a great fit for us because we were able to do several activities the same day but if you have more time, the 3H tour would be worth it, as at the end of the 2H we would have liked to stay a bit longer on... More
