Visit the most interesting sightseeing spots in Seville on the river Calle Betis, the Maestranza and the Torre del Oro can all be seen from the Guadalquivir. The Baptism is the first step in order to get to know to the sport. You will learn to use our anti rollover sea kayaks, whilst enjoying and discovering a new sport in a special city. You can select two option for your tour. With Instructor or Without Instructor. Inclusive: Instructor Free (Groups of more than 6 people) 2 hours of tour, Brieffing, all the necessary kayak equipment, motor boat, animation, games and free pictures.

Did the kayak tour with instructor, Adan. Very friendly guy with lots of local knowledge about the city - would definitely recommend!

Is great! We enjoy a lot our experience in Kayak Sevilla. We have the opportunity to do exercises and also look every thing around the beautiful Guadalquivir river

It was very difficult to find, even with Google Maps on. Our guide, Paco, spoke limited English, but we made do. We spent 2 hours kayaking around Seville, not much of a tour, more of a fun activity and a nice break from all the sight-seeing

The instruction of the meeting point is only "Jardin Americano", which is a large area, which the Google Map does not specify, and even the local people could not tell where a Kayaking activity could be held. The map in the site had nothing to do with the location. I called but they did not provide a specific location just kept asking what I could see.
Their reply by email is unfriendly and irresponsible stating it is not their fault not providing a specific location instruction. If you run a tour business, it is the responsibility of the business to provide an informative instruction by which anyone can arrive at the meeting point.

Hi Erik, from 2014 until now we have changed a lot, see what piece of facilities https://h2gosevilla.com/instalaciones/ when you return to Seville you and your family are invited for free to do the tour. We are very grateful for your comment because thanks to it we have grown and improved, now we send a whatsapp with a map, more email, the instructor contacts a few days before and sends you all the information via whatsApp to make the whole process easier. Fully personalized and professional treatment, you just have to see the comments that exist from other clients, I assure you that the tour is currently the best things you can do in Seville at the tourist level, again I thank you for your comment, we are waiting for you here soon.

My husband and I booked a guided tour on the river. We arrived at the location listed five minutes early. Over a half hour and three phone call attempts later my husband finally gets in contact with someone who says the location is different, and he will come get us. Over 15 minutes later he arrives. He doesn't apologize for the confusion or the delay. We arrive at the location and were given a five minute tutorial and then sent out on to the river by ourselves. He half-heartily asked if we wanted him to go with but as a safety guide and not as a tour guide. Due to our aggravation, we declined.
We were told adamantly that when going down the river that we needed to stay on the left side of the river; however, after we get about a quarter mile down the river there was a large paddle board racing event. My husband and I go around and are trying to get back to the left side of the river but then proceed to get yelled at by people of the event and another kayak instructor that we can't be there because of the races. It was chaos. I don't expect kayak companies to know all the water craft that may be on the river on a given day; however, they should have known about a large, well organized event.
We were told when starting out that we had an hour and a half to be back. My husband and I returned about five to ten minutes before the time limit was up and nobody was around. Luckily, I have kayaked several times before and was able to get myself out of the kayak and then proceeded to help my husband out of his. When another instructor returned, he called our "guide" who then appeared and told us we were free to go.
We booked this instead of a more traditional walking tour of Seville and were massively disappointed.

We initially booked a tour online for Sunday evening - it says open until 10pm - but they asked us to reschedule for Monday morning, 9am, and to show up 15 minutes early because the spot "might be hard to find." We got there at 8:45, and the only people anywhere - between the two bridges - were a group of boys fishing, and certainly no kayaks or cars. Once 9am rolled around and cars started showing up, we asked people in the office at the pabellon and they told us that they hadn't seen them...and they pointed us to an area with a shipping container BUT NO PEOPLE. We walked up and down the area where they were supposed to be and still saw nobody...eventually a car came up, and as we walked over the guy got out, and sat down on the other side of the shipping container on his phone with earbuds in.
I don't like leaving negative reviews...and I love kayaking...but this was infuriating. Take your time and your money elsewhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed the kayak tour and learning about the rich history of Seville through our excellent instructor Adán. It was a great way to see the city and learn lots along the way. The kayaking was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to others wanting to see Seville.

After filling out the online 'contact us' form and not hearing back, we walked down to their office and found it closed. The other businesses in the area had no idea if they were open or not.
