Miguel and taste of Spain organised an outstanding personalised trip for us including iberico ham tasting, hotel, a trip to the caves and a beautiful dinner on a delightful iberico pig farm. We had two kids who absolutely loved it!

Rashida was a very informative, fun and energetic tour guy. The day started off with a very nice tour of the food market where she was very knowledgable and able to share very good information. Cooking at her home was lovely. Very relaxed environment where my wife and I were able to learn and eat!

Our tour was one of the highlights of our trip! The company was very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. The guides were amazing and it felt like we were visiting friends, nothing like a commercialized tourist trap some tours end up being. Would definitely recommend planning a tour with A Taste or Spain! We will if we travel to Spain again!

Rashida was the best! There were 11 of us, 6 adults, 3 20ish year olds and 2 teens and she engaged us all! Beautiful casual outdoor setting. We all learned a little, ate a lot, and had a most enjoyable evening!!!

My wife and I booked the Iberico Ham, from Farm to Fork tour from May 27-29 and had an amazing experience. The actual experience was even better than we imagined when Miguel first presented us with the itinerary. Luis (nicest person you'll meet) picked us up at the meeting point in Seville exactly on time. After about 1hr and 45 min we arrived at the farm where you stay for 2 nights. The family that runs the farm truly cares about maintaining a bio-diverse ecosystem. They also happen to be the most hospitable hosts we've ever stayed with (we've stayed at multiple agri-tourism sites across Europe). Just be prepared to share some fun stories while drinking tea. After arriving, Elena (speaks perfect English) walked us around the property where we helped feed the chickens and Iberian pigs. For those really looking to understand how these special pigs are raised, you literally have a hands-on experience. Just be forewarned, the pigs do like to stretch out on you after taking a mud bath :). After a nice walk on the farm, you'll come back to your room (2 bedroom / 1.5 bath) to a homemade meal cooked by Elena and her mom consisting of seasonally harvested ingredients, Iberian pig sausages, and their amazing jamon (seriously the best we've had anywhere). After some time to rest, Luis took us to a beautiful town 15 min away for a great dinner. You have some flexibility on what you'd like to do on the 2nd day of the tour. We decided to go on an easy guided hike in the morning, followed by lunch, a visit to one of the best jamon producers to see the jamon making process, and dinner in the stunning town of Aracena. Our personal guide for the day, Abel, was amazing. Super friendly, easy going, and very knowledgeable about the area. He also happens to have a degree in Forestry Engineering so he helped us pick wild asparagus and herbs during our walk. Lunch was at a very nice restaurant followed by the visit to the jamon producer to see the process of making the jamon (you end the experience with a great tasting of jamon paired with some wine). We finished the day in Aracena and had a great dinner with our guide. We actually wound up staying out with him until close to midnight (Luis waited for us the entire time to drive us back to the farm). Overall, one of the best experiences we've had on a vacation. Everything was even better than described. I can't forget to mention how great it was working with Miguel to organize and book the tour. He reached out several times to make sure everything was going great. We're definitely planning on booking additional experiences with A Taste of Spain on our next trip.
