The Barrio Obrero Reina Victoria cannot be viewed against today's lifestyle - this is a throwback to the times when a company tried to create a home environment for their workers and to allow them to maintain links with their culture pre internet. You can...More

This is hard to rate as although it has significant history and is slightly different style of homes, it is a private residential area and to drive through seemed invasive. Not much different really. Would not go out my way to see. It was included...More

Glad we had a sat nav but it was still not easy to find the entrance.Nothing special to see and personally we did not find it interesting. There are much better places to visit in and around Huelva.

This is a very unusual neighborhood. Built by the British for their workers they were obviously segregated from their Spanish neighbors. We were intrigued when we read about it but on viewing it left much to be desired. It seems like a hodge-podge of styles...More

This is so unusual that it is hard to explain. It is not so beautiful or so exciting that you can't miss it, but if you go to see it, you spend time scratching your head in wonder at the paternalistic and ethno-centric British mindset...More
