Mirador de San Cristobal is quite high up on the hill. Depending on your level of fitness you might struggle, unless you are very fit, or catch a bus or get a ride somehow. We took a leisurely walk so it wasn't that bad, and enjoyed the road. The views from the top are really great if you are not looking for anything specific. If you want something more specific, like the Alhambra, then you might be better off elsewhere, like Mirador San Nicolas which is about ten or so minutes walk away.

Super views of surroundings - accessible via taxi or mini-bus (off-on tours). Some nice restaurants in the area as well. We also had the chance to watch some "street flamenco" and listen to some good local music.

Not really worth it, would definitely recommend Mirador San Miguel do Alto for a breathtaking panorama of the entire region or power view points for closer view over Alhambra. This one looks great from other viewpoints though as it has a picturesque church on top of the hill. The are is very pleasant to walk around anyway.

Well worth visiting before you go to the Alhambra. Prepare yourself for a climb in thinner mountain air and there can be crowds ther most of the time.

Ben here in the late afternoon and early morning. Different views depending on the lighting. Not many people first thing in the morning makes it a better time to visit.

This is a beautiful spot to look out over the city of Granada. Make sure to take the time to visit in the morning and at sunset. Highly recommended.

There are several miradors scattered throughout Granada, and while they don't haave the buzz of the the San Nicolas Mirador, they offer aan opportunity to quietly admire the views of Granada. One such is San Cristobal. The walk here will take you through some intersting streets in the Albayzin Alto. Stop for a beer on the way down.

Mirador de San Cristobal offers similar views to that of the more famous Mirador de San Nicolas and is about a 10 minute walk away. As it is higher up it offers a better view of the city, but you'll probably get better views of the Alhambra complex from Mirador de San Nicolas as it's right opposite to it, Mirador de San Cristobal being a bit to the side. The viewing area is smaller, but since it is significantly less crowded you won't have any trouble getting a good pic. Best views are probably right before sunset. Worth the short detour in my opinion.

It is quite something to reach the mirador after wondering around the narrow streets of El Albaicin.
Granada is a magic place, but reaching the mirador in the evening is just breathtaking, you can see La Alhambra and the hill on top of Granada.
It is one one my very favourite places.
