Most unpleasant staff I have ever met. We were there with our two small kids, they had their small strollers (not electric ones). After buying the tickets, we were told that the kids could not go in with the strollers, which was understandable. We asked wether we could leave them in the lockers. They said no. We asked whether we could leave them near the lockers. We asked whether we could carry them with us. Response NO but they told us to leave them outside by the bikes on the street. They had so much space every where but they refuse to be of any help. Finally, they told us to leave them in our car. We walked with our kids such a long distance to visit this museum and as tourists we did not have a car. On that day the museum was completely empty and still there was no interest to assist us. They did not even feel pity for us and gave us the money back. We have been in so many countries traveling with our kids and their small strollers and never were told not to enter because of the strollers. Not only not to enter but just to tell people that they can not put the strollers in any corner. I have never experience so little support to families with kids. Very bad people and very unfriendly child policies. By the way the guard a well built guy sat in a quite big locked office and even he was not willing to allow us to drop the strollers in his office. Most unfriendly staff I have ever seen.

If it is your first time visiting, the most interesting thing is the planetarium, and the biodome, which although small is very interesting and there are quite a few loose animals. The butterfly garden is another of the interesting areas of the park, it is small so visit it first thing in the morning or when there is a raptor exhibition and you can visit it calmly.

There are fixed exhibitions and other traveling ones. To see the park peacefully, dedicate the whole day to it... you can see it in 3 or 4 hours, but you barely enjoy it...

The most interesting areas have hours, such as the planetarium, biodome and the tower.
The tower is very suitable for you to visit since you have very good views of all of Granada, Sierra Nevada, The Alhambra, ....and you have binoculars for a better observation of the surroundings. You have binoculars for adults and others for children, adapted to their height. Take the elevator and I recommend that you go down the stairs, since at each level it tells you the height of some animal or tree, and you are impressed by the height of that animal...very curious.

There are indoor and outdoor eating areas, so I recommend bringing something to snack on. There is a cafeteria...

With a little luck and patience you can park nearby. There is public parking on a roundabout near the park, and you have a discount with the park entrance...

We will return without a doubt!!!

This is an easy five out of five. The biodome alone is worth the entrance fee and the cost in any case is really cheap for what you get. The animal section and the space section were both v interesting and we could have stayed for much longer than we did. If you’re tourists with kids looking for something a bit different to going round palaces etc, the museum is perfect.

Allow plenty of time to discover the park as it is so interesting with so many different things to see. It will surely appeal to all ages.
Very helpful, informative staff all around the park.
Visited in spring, the indoor facilities are bright and large with interesting exhibits.Although not all facilities were open at the time of our visit there was still plenty to see and do.
Give yourself plenty of time to visit.Plenty of water stations. Well worth booking some areas in advance of your visit at busier times in the season.Cafes offer good selection of foods. Plenty of very clean toilet facilities.
Biodome was first class, although relatively small, it allows viewing the wildlife from many different levels and it is a great place to simply stand and watch all around you.

It is a very large science center with a planetarium, interactive museum, butterfly house and observation tower. A real alternative to a museum and very interesting for young and old. The Science Park is located very close to the IBIS Hotel in Granada. There are many parking spaces for cars and coaches. There is also an entrance fee. As it is a private museum, I did not receive any discount when I presented my disability card. You should plan a whole day to visit this Science Park. Very worth seeing and informative. Public transport (buses) stop near the Science Center.

It was amazing. I loved the Biodome where we saw somebody feed the poisonous dart frogs. And all the birds were flying around our heads with the monkeys leaping on the side.

I also really liked the AI display where they had chess (my favourite sport). At the entrance is a black hole demonstration of how a black hole works using a ball that spins around. There is so much to see and do here. We went on 2 days and spent 6 hours on the second day.

I highly recommend this place to small kids and everybody.

I like it! The museum has several rooms with various exhibitions and interactive elements, which makes the experience more fun.
In the biodome we can observe various animals, from fish to monkeys.
In the outdoor area, I recommend the spectacle of the birds of prey and the visit to the mariposa.

The park is located in one of the unfrequented and frequented areas of Granada, this is certainly not one of the main activities for which you undertake a trip to the Andalusian city, however if you have saved a few more days and have already seen the other active famous attractions such as the 'alhambra and the beautiful central streets of the city well if you encounter a day of uncertain weather or rain or cold if you go in winter it could be a good solution for you and the children. the science park in terms of the naturalistic environment with animals is particularly small but it is charming even if the animals on display are very few. As for the rest, it's nice, although many areas could use more activity. however, we did not see the planetarium

There were enough exhibits with English translations to make it worth visiting. Lots of children were there. The taxidermy was stunning of animals running as they were chased by predators was worth seeing in and of itself. There was even a taxidermist working at a bench on the upper level!

While a significant section seemed to be closed during our late August visit, the experience was nonetheless enjoyable.

We caught the twice daily outdoor birds-of-prey exhibition shortly after entering and despite our poor Spanish caught the gist of what was said and enjoyed the show. An owl circled my head (I'm tall) and the eerie silence reminded me of the time an owl in the wild did the same to me at twilight and had me wondering about ghosts until I saw it perched just above me.

The standout to us was the taxidermic display that finds large groups of predator(s) encountering prey mounted together as if suspended in air with mere points of contact.

The gardens were fair to explore.
