For the sake of a couple of euros, it is a beautiful place to visit. There is a lot to see including some birds and other animals. The Asian garden was closed, which frustrated me personally, but we will catch up in September. It is only a couple of minutes from the water and crocodile park. Go see it.

As you make your way through the entrance you will see the delightful molino house to your left. At just one euro per adult, this has to be the best attraction in the area to visit. The gardens and fountains are truly amazing with lots of interesting pathways and areas of tranquillity. if you're taking a packed lunch you won't... More

It's hard to believe that a garden like this can feel so secluded and yet be just outside town and right beside the motorway. It's even harder to believe that, as at March 2017, the admission charge was just one euro per person (yes - one euro - honestly!). For that, you get the chance to explore a wonderful garden,... We stayed in Malaga for a few days and got the train to Torremolinos for a day. The gardens are about a 25 min walk from the train station out of town and then down a lane. You can't really see them from the road, but when you get in there they are absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful and tranquil with... More

We found reference to this botanical garden in a local free paper -and just as well, because it doesn't advertise itself. It's a wonderful park with fountains, many tree varieties, the museum based on the original water-driven mill, and numerous bird exhibits. A delightful, restful oasis, and the entry charge is only €1, free for pensioners and children . But... More

Interesting gardens on the site of an old mill. Terraces climb up to viewpoints. Water features are fed from the old mill race. The museum is also worth a visit.

We found this garden by talking with fellow guests in the Hotel Tarik. It is an oasis of calm and shade. The museum within is similar and very interesting. The entrance fee is tiny, parking is easy, but finding the place is very difficult unless you have a sat nav, although there are now signs on several main roads, which... More

It was four years ago that we first came to this wonderful place. We have visited many times since. We brought some friends with us who have not been here before. The weather recently had been very poor with heavy rain and strong winds. Despite this the gardens were in good condition but the pools and fountains were empty and... More

We found this place by luck and what a great find it was, the gardens are beautifully kept and there are different birds in big cages to look at. Well worth a visit, and only one euro to get in, best euro ever spent.

These gardens are well worth a visit and should be advertised more widely. We had a lovely visit and it is a shame it is not more accessible by public transport. The gardens were well maintained with an interesting choice of birds on display
