I booked a Porsche 992 Carrera S Cabriolet for my recent trip to Spain and it was a seamless experience from beginning to end. I had awesome communication via email to start and then via Whatsapp as we got closer to my arrival and pickup. The booking agent and the representative who physically delivered the car were professional and courteous. The car was in virtually perfect shape (save for some super minor cosmetic stuff on a few wheels and on the underside of the front lip) and all issues present were electronically documented in the agreement. The car was clean and well optioned. It was a blast driving the 992 up and down the A397 from Marbella to Ronda. A366 is another incredible drive once you get to Ronda. I couldn't be happier with the experience aside from possibly paying less. Others have mentioned Europe Luxury Cars (also GTLuxe who I believe provided the car) does charge a premium but frankly it was worth it to avoid any shady exotic car rental horror stories you hear out there. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

Rented BMW M850 Cabriolet for two weeks in Spain. Car delivered to our Hotel in
Barcelona and dropped off at our Hotel in Malaga. The automobile was in beautiful condition and ran beautifully as well, we could not have been any happier with the performance of the car or the performance of the company.

This is the second time we have used the services of Europe Luxury Cars, both experiences have been great and we will definitely use their services again.

We used the service to rent a Porsche 911 GT2 RS from Switzerland to Italy. Company representative replied in 5 minutes since I have sent a request. They are always online, very operative, very flexible for any issue: pick-up, drop-off, timing, they have very good prices, good range of cars, they are easy to make contract, easy to pay, easy to get the final balance, perfect service! I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend them!

Rented a BMW X7. Pick up and drop of was as promised. Vehicle was clean. Upon driving the vehicle had a noticeable shake and the service light came on. Disappointing at these prices. I notified the company same day.

Upon return I left the vehicle with a approximately half tank of fuel or perhaps less. They asked me to give 100 euro in cash for fuel at drop off. I did not have cash. It cost approximately 109 euro to fill up the tank at or a bit more than 3/4 of the tank during our drive to the destination. They said they would charge my card for the fuel later. I was charged 170 euro. I ask for an itemization.

I made a note that the math was wrong as the total should have been 166.75. I also questioned my I was charged a 22% VAT in Italy for a car rented and used in Paris. Both fair questions. Feedback was quite rude and I was told by the owner the following. I have pasted segments of his response.

“From my point of view, which here is the only one that matters since the rules are decided by me and not by the customers, there is no overcharge than what is due. I pay you back the amount mostly because it is not my habit to argue over such nonsense.”

There was an additional exchange via text. At no time did he take ownership for a simple math error and he came across as offended I would question how my money is spent. That the car has a shimmy and a service light came on did not even result in an apology.

Because he was rude I demanded the refund of 3.25 euro on principle. I am advised I will be given a refund.

I will not use this service again. If you do then triple check the fine print of the contract as they do not give you this detail in our initial text exchanges when we agreed upon the price.

A simple polite apology for the vehicle condition, minor math error and explanation on the VAT would have remedied this issue instantly.

Europe Luxury Cars - They rented and delivered a Ferrari Portofino in Rome knowing the fact that the air conditioner (AC) wasn't working!!!
I can’t express enough how frustrated I am. Not only for the emotional aspect where driving a Ferrari in Italy for my 40th birthday was something I had planned for months, but also due to the monetary loss where I had to find a last minute solution and rent another car at the airport incurring high rental costs and transportation costs to get to the rental agency.
What makes this whole situation worse is that they admitted to me they knew the AC in the car wasn’t working properly before they delivered it to me. This is extremely unprofessional from the company - where it was known the car had a fault and was delivered to me anyways!!!
And since this is high season I wasn’t able to find any similar car and ended up having to pay rental for an average car at extremely high last minute rates.
I just wanted to reiterate my frustration with this company and it’s been a long time I have seen such poor service

We certainly appreciate the disappointment and frustration caused to you, hence we have immediately refunded the whole amount for the rental. As explained to you, at the time of your rental (end of August) we were fully booked and we could not provide your any similar alternatives. We could not get a Ferrari mechanic to provide the needed service to the car as it was the weekend. Our regular top level service was not reflected properly during your rental and we hope we will be able to prove you otherwise in the future should you choose to give us another chance. This is my fourth year renting a car from Europe Luxury Cars. Their service is outstanding from the first moment you make contact with them.
Even with the pandemic going on. They manage to keep their service level and take all precautions upon delivery and arrival of the car.
This year I rented a 488 Spider and a Mercedes AMG GTc. Both beautiful cars and excellently maintained.

With the Ferrari we went from Marbella to Seville and back. With the Mercedes we went from Paris to Èpernay to visit all of the Champagne vineyards. For this last visit we recommend staying at least one night to enjoy all the wine tastings without risking anybody by driving drunk.

I really recommend their service if you looking for a great and fun ride during your vacation.

Hired a car for 10 days. They provided an excellent service - dropping off the car to my property, picking it up, providing regular updates as to timings and being very flexible with my arrangements (including my requests to change times etc). Will use again when next hiring a car.

Shane, Joe and Moe. You are simply the best. I run a VIP concierge service and needed three cars urgently booked and delivered.

The service from start to finish was to the highest standard.

My VIP clients were extremely happy with the cars. Europe Luxury cars offers a VIP experience from start to finish.

The delivery and collection of cars from private villas is the perfect hassle free solution every VIP client is looking for.

Shane worked his magic finding me perfect cars in the South of France in August height of season, when all other rental companies were sold out.

Europe Luxury cars will be the only ones I use for all my future client requests.

I hired a Range Rover in January for a skiing trip to Switzerland. I was overall very impressed with the level of service and car this company provided. They were very attentive when I contacted them and booked the car and the delivery driver met me at arrivals with a name board and took us to the car and we were on our way. The car was spotlessly clean with very good specification and TV's in the back of the car that the kids loved. I will be using them again and would be happy to recommend there services.

they gave me a car all scratched up and stressed me out throughout my vacation trip. they outsource the leases but cannot guarantee the quality of the service. A company called Giannix from Italy that is worse than anything

Dear Mrs. Palma Thank you for taking the time to review our service. As explained to you via email, the car was damaged the evening before in the hotel parking lot and we only realized the damage the morning after. At that time we could not offer any alternatives as at the time of the booking you were very specific about the car you wanted to hire. We delivered the car (Audi SQ7 2021) with less than 7,000 KM on the odometer and offered you a compensation of almost 10% discount or not to accept the car. You gladly accepted our offer and took the car. I must say I'm a bit disappointed you chose to air your grievance here especially in light of fact we also waived the charge for the missing fuel as a gesture of good will. Europe Luxury Cars Team
