Nice place for a walk in the evening!

Have a walk and look at all the sculptures! It's well worth it before you go for a dinner in "old town" in Marbella. 😎

The Avendida Del Mar is the main walkway from Marbella Old Town down to the sea. It contains ten bronze sculptures from and signed by Salvadore Dali. Although he was born in Catalonia northern Spain and appears to have no link to Marbella this is a "must do" stroll to take and enjoy the work of this foremost surrealist artist.... More

Interesting area with interesting statues. The whole area was kept beautifully clean by the municipal team.

I had in my head that the stretch of coastline in Marbella would be full of English bars and restaurants, but it was stunning. There are so many nice places to stop and enjoy. The beaches looked beautiful and the scenery is wonderful. If you get the chance this is a place to enjoy a long stroll as far as... More

I love walking through Avenida del Mar from the main street to the beach in Marbella. It is very tastefully designed and extremely well kept. Beautiful to walk through or sit and relax.

We usually stay close to the Avendia del Mar which is a large tiled pedestrian area between the sea front and the lovely Alameda park. The Avenida includes a small collection of shops and some pleasant restaurants and bars. Essentially, it is the roof of a car park. But unlike other car park roofs it hosts a lovely collection of... Great for a stroll with restuarants along the way. Easy access to the beach with steps and a ramp. Beach is normally tidy but gets crowded in high season.

Such a lovely way to start your day or end it. A slow stroll past the Dali sculptures. Leads to the Old Town, via the Park. A must see!

If you put the car here it's safe from the parking wardens who work tirelessly to catch tourists out. It's an easy walk to Fly Blue (for Puerto Banus) and all other attractions. Frequent events held above the car park. Beer wine food music and arts.
