Today I had a wonderful 50 minute massage with Marta. I went with neck pains, she found multiple knots and leaving I felt well relaxed and my pain was gone. The prices are high but as a member you get an additional discount. I highly recommend a massage with Marta.
Additionally the SPA area is wonderful, the classes are fun and saunas are very relaxing.

Fantastic service by Esther and the Team. We chose 2 x Large Day beds and fantastically comfortable with complimentary towels. The venue is right on the beach too so can access down a few steps. The pool is cold water filtered and therefore maintains highest hygiene levels. The restaurant menu is great as had Filet Steak and cooked to perfection. The facilities are clean Covid secure and well organised. Definitely a place to relax and unwind. Parking is ample on the nearby streets and public parking. Remember in peak times essential to make a reservation for the pool club as gets booked up quickly. We will definitely return to enjoy the superb hospitality.

We have just come back from spending a week here to get married, having our ceremony at the hotel and reception at the beach club. The hotel is lovely, very high standard of rooms, staff can't do enough to help you and the whole experience is one of luxury. Everything we asked for was never any trouble. I don't think they said no to us once!!!! The grounds are very restful, very green and as well as 3 pools (plus one amazing infinity pool at the beach club) there are loads of lovely lounge areas to relax in. Special thanks to Esther Fernandez who co-ordinated everything for us for the wedding, we could not have done it without her, as we had to organise from the UK but she made everything run perfectly and went above and beyond her responsibilities. We had a wonderful surprise on arrival, being upgraded to a penthouse two-storey suite (room 301) which was out of this world and felt like being in a movie! The wedding meal also had some last minute changes due to some guests requiring very specific foods which was accepted without question and the staff went out that day to purchase the required foodstuffs. The set up of the wedding ceremony and reception was seamless, looked beautiful, and we were able to stay up til 3.30am dancing which was great. When we came back to our room in the early hours the room was covered in rose petals. We will definitely be returning to this hotel next year :-) if you are considering getting married here then definitely go for it, they take care of everything for you and I can honestly say it was stress free wedding planning for us!

This is my 4th visit to this beach club and I’m afraid what is consistent is a lack of customer service.
The lady that greeted us at reception was lovely then it went downhill from there.
As part of the package we should have received snacks and a welcome drink nothing materialised. There was no poolside service and no one being attentive.
Great infinity pool but for the money paid there’s much better places to go - Bono Beach and Max Beach being just two.

All round awful experience. Receptionist was useless, spent a good 10 minutes telling me options and prices for day pass without giving list. Had to ask. Even then not clear what food or drink was included.
Bar staff speak no viable English even though Menu is in English too. Also had no clue what food and drink was included in day pass.
Anyway, it was eventually sorted. Burger was OK but you basically pay full price with sunbed. Drink turned out to be fruit non alcoholic "cocktail".
Pool is fine, view is great but that's about it. To top it off, I tried to find some shade to reply to work emails and turned out I sat on "Bali type beds" which were extra. Lifeguard kicks you out. Just to repeat, literally 5 minutes used after lunch and no one else by the pool.
There are waaaaaay better places to go. Especially for the price or good customer service.

We stayed at the Vincci Estrella Del Mar for the 6th time a couple of weeks ago. During every stay we spend all day at the beach club however this year we were really disappointed. It seems to have gone really down hill. It was incredibly quiet which says a lot considering it is peak time to go now. Bali beds are still overpriced. Pool was far too cold!! Service was atrocious at the restaurant. The only good thing about visiting was seeing Simon who is the most genuine helpful person working here. Sad to say on our recent trip we only visited twice and spent the rest of the time using the hotel pool. The only positive I can say about the beach club (although we didn't use it this time) is the spa which is stunning. We were so disappointed with the beach club that we didn't want to spend our money in the spa.

With the exception of the check in, all was very good. Check in was not good as the staff ignored me and gave me attitude so not the greatest first impression. All the other staff (maids, bartenders, waiters, life guards, security, hosts, hostesses, bell men) were friendly and warm. The grounds are beautiful with sweeping views of the sea which is down the hill about 100 meters. The pools were very nice and we never had a problem getting a lounger, towels, drinks, food...all very good. The one issue I had was the actual beach club. I should have researched a little more so my own fault. The beach club costs 40 euros per day per person but you get it for 25 euros a day if you book for three or more days. The sun beds are an additional 30 euros a day to rent. So all VERY costly. We just chose to skip it and stay at the pools on the hotel grounds and they were totally fine. The pictures on the site show the infinity pool which is the beach club so just be aware. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. A buffet is a buffet...unless you stay here. They put great time and effort into every dish and all was very unique and tasted fantastic. I would go back and recommend it. Just be wary of the extra add ons. A great holiday and I have returned relaxed and recharged.

Came to the beach club with my husband and some friends last month. We were especially looking forward to spending time to catch up using the indoor spa pool and jacuzzi which looked fantastic.
The spa pool (a 10 meter pool with various jet stations) was a bit cold for us all and after a short while we got out. It would be fine to swim, but too cold to be standing/sitting still for any length of time.
We tried the Jacuzzi which unfortunately was exactly the same temperature – a couple of degrees hotter than a normal swimming pool! Very disappointing. Anybody that wanted a cold Jacuzzi could just use the water jets in the pool!
I've not experienced this elsewhere in good quality hotels in Spain. It’s certainly not something I would expect from the beach club of a 5 star hotel. I appreciate that the Spa pool must be quite expensive to heat, but there is no excuse to not pay to properly heat the Jacuzzi.
The timer on the Sauna was also broken when we visited meaning we have to try and guess how long we had been inside. The carpets in the female changing rooms were rancid and need a good wash.
A real shame. With just a little bit of effort this place could be lovely.

We were 3 women, all ordered a treatment - the hotel told us that entry was free with treatment, but we ended up paying for the treatment and an additional 35 euros per person to use the pool and very few facilities. (my own gym has more steam/sauna/shower facilities)
The treatment was excellent, i had a bodytoning wrap/scrub and it was noticably better afterwards, and the treatment itself was fairly priced. The lady who did it was really good and spoke english. The lady who did my mom's massage didnt speak a word english.
I also went to a "bodycombat" class in their gym in the evening. To use the term "bodycombat", you have to be certified by less mills. I was the only one in the class, it was held in between the other machines and people and had nothing to do with bodycombat. After a few minutes i got a little upset, and agreed with the non-english speaking instructor that i go get my own music and we switch. So i had to do the class - and teach the instructor sidekicks etc. as he did not know. It was definitely a special experience, but i would have liked if they had been honest about it. They did however not charge the 10 euros they asked for in the first place.
I didnt feel exactly 5 star that day, not in the vincci hotel either which apparently this club is a part of.
its adults only.

We were here for a wedding. The staff were totally on point. If you have a wedding booked here, you’re in for an incredible day.
