Delivery and pick-up from Estepona went perfectly - with great guys phoning me and telling me their arrival times etc. - so that I wasn't hanging around unnecessarily. A fantastic place to rent a bike from. I have been to Marbella a few times now and always use these guys for the bike hire. The bike is always well set up (Merida sculptural dura ace) and I never have any issues.
I was also provided with some really great local advice when I asked if there was a group ride on the weekend. The guy also gave me some brilliant ride suggestions based on my ability.
Definitely use them if you are looking to hire a bike in the area.

Blown away by the service, completely exceeded my expectations, which is no nice and rare these days. The bikes were fantastic, and when I had a flat tyre they came out to fix it, from the moment I made the call it took less than 15 minutes for me to be back on the road again. Incredible!

Two, three times per year when I'm in Spain, I rent a bike (MTB or race bike) here and it's always a pleasure. It starts with the friendly communications when reserving the bike. The bikes are always ready when I arrive at the shop and are technically in perfect condition and clean. The guys in the shop are very friendly and helpful to find nice tracks in the area. Last time I had a technical issue which made me stop during the ride and immediately someone came to help me, even though I was one hour away from the shop (by car)!! Conclusion: I keep on coming back and can only recommend to come here..

What great service this company provides. Just come back from San Pedro, rented 9 bikes and a trailer/ child carrier and had them all delivered. We all had shopper’s except for the children, all were working perfectly and had comprehensive locks. The only negative was the back pedal brakes, as they had a full set of Vee brakes (a concession to our cousin’s from America perhaps). A very cheerful and helpful team, can’t recommend them enough.

Back again after too long away from this beautiful part of Spain and a bike rental business totally customer focussed. Rosalin and her team are brilliant! I called without a bike booked and left 30 mins later with a fabulous Merida Scultura Endurance with Shimano Di2 groupset. Batteries charged and a really fair rental price. Probably better to book ahead though! I have used them for 4 visits across 6 years - and cannot recommend this team highly enough. Thank you MRAB.

Thank you for an awesome guided e-mtb trip in the mountains surrounding Marbella. Roman, the owner, did a great job as an experienced and serviceminded guide. He had even built many of the trails himself. Looking foreward to next time!

Fantastic service and fantastic bikes. The driver called us 30 minutes before delivery to make sure that it was correct. He waited until we had tested the bikes before he leaved. He called us before pickup.
Communication on email before and communication at delivery and pickup was nice, happy an interesting.
Will definitely rent bike here again!

Highly recommend! Family relocation scouting trip with our 7 year old son so we needed a confirmed kids bike to explore the seafront. Roslin was fantastic in helping set up our rentals even though we wanted them for a Sunday (when everything is closed in Spain!). Pepe reached out on schedule and delivery and pick up was spot on. Great bikes, great service, great people = 5 star experience!!!

Awful employee dont know his name, drives the big van. Needs to learn how to park and say PLEASE!! Would not recommend this place due to this intimidating idiot....

Dear Leanne,
We are sorry that you didn't have a great experience with us this time. As I recall the first time you hired a bike with us you were more than pleased about the punctuality and professionalism of our staff and the quality of our bikes, but unfortunately you decided not to reflect that in this review.
Our Employees are Spanish and although English is not their first language, we feel that they express themselves well and in a very polite manner at all times. By calling us "intimidating idiots" more than 2 months after the events, I'm sad to say that you're not doing the same.
With regards to learning to park, as you are fully aware, the place were you asked us to deliver the bikes to you, twice, has no designated parking area and in order to satisfy your request of delivery location, our staff have to comprise and stop in the middle of the road to offload the bikes to you. We call that Client Service, not lack of parking or driving skills.
Everyone can have a bad day Leanne and if that is what happened when you wrote this review, we understand.

Hi, Yes we deliver to Estepona. 25€ delivery and pick up (i.e. 12,50€ per run) for the bikes maybe have a look in our web and choose the model you like the most. marbellarentabike . com

Hi Is there an additional cost for pick up and drop off of bikes at NH Marbella hotel?
We are arriving on Wednesday and not sure if we will cycle thursday or friday, wind dependant. Do you still have felt zw5 bikes available for hire thursday or friday this week?
What Identification do you require for hiring the bikes?

Hi Val, no extra charge to deliver to NH Marbella. We have now the Felt F75 that replaced the ZW.
For the rental we only need photo ID and a valid Credit card.
