Another great building converted into an exhibition space. An expo of religious items, and an intriguing exhibition of Imperio Argentina who none of us had heard of before. Sadly no English explanation but Wikipedia came to the rescue.

And so unfriendly personnel - incredible - they sell whatever they want including wrong timings for the visit of the cathedral top, and allow no discussion. And: the exposition is definitely not worth the price for the ticket. Also: you cannot access the upper floor.

You get entry as part of you ticket to the Cathedral, it has a small gallery housing religious art and a nice court yard and that's about it. I would not bother unless you have the Cathedral ticket.

Located at the main square of the cathedral, it presents a splendid (though obviously somewhat overshadowed) example of the Spanish architecture of the Palacio-type.

This was closed when we were on a ship shore excursion, however, the outside is worth while walking around as it is central downtown of the old section.

It's an amazing place showing you how wealthy the church was (and still is). The wealth is shown with not only a beautiful building but also the art.

You get a real sense of the power of the Catholic Church in historical Spain just by looking at the exterior of this beautiful building.

When you visit Malaga Cathedral, you will also get ticket for this museum. Though you don't like museum, just go inside as the building is very beautiful. The collection? All the tears and sad faces of those figures, they will absolutly not cheer you up.
