We absolutely loved our walking tour throughout Malaga with Nahuel. He was a wealth of knowledgeable and we found his pictures and maps very helpful. He spoke perfect English and was very easy to understand. He made everything so interesting and we just really loved our time with him. You could feel his passion for his city. We even thought about doing a later tour with him but we ran out of time. He gave us some great recommendations at the end of our tour and overall, we can’t say enough good about him.

PanchoTours to Tangier overpromises but under-delivers. Many of the experiences in the blurb did not happen or were very truncated. No berber dancers, no snake charmers, hardly any time to view the spice market as we fast marched through it on our way to a complete waste of time in a shameless attempt to get us to buy rugs and other stuff from a giant merchant warehouse store with relentless and pushy salesmen. What?! We, the tourists, are being set-up constantly by our local guide who undoubtedly receives some sort of kick-back from our purchases. I came to see culture and history, not be hounded by rug merchants. The lunch was very mediocre if you have any familiarity with decent Moroccan restaurant food. I wish it had been better. I think it would be very possible to go over yourself and arrange a good tour guide to meet you at the ferry. see Rick Steves' guidebooks.

Will never book with them again. The confirmation stated to wait outside the booked event for someone from them and I waited and waited....nobody came! Then walked in and my voucher was accepted but part of the booked itinerary did not happen. Never received a reaction or answer from them. Very disappointing and next time I better book somewhere else as I would suggest everyone reading this do too.

My husband and I have had port-calls at Malaga from a number of cruises, but we always went to a distant city for the day. This time (Sept. 2017) I organized a private (paid) 2.5-hour walking tour *of* marvelous MALAGA for six of us from our Mediterranean cruise port-call there--and everyone was thrilled with our excellent, knowledgeable, and charming guide and the amount of venues we were able to experience and learn about in such a short time! Everything promised was included--and even a few pleasant surprises. I also booked two other tours with Pancho (for two different port-calls at Cadiz during this extended cruise)--and my reviews of both of those are also 5-star. It was a pleasure making arrangements and confirmations via email, phone, and text with the very patient and gracious Antanina at Pancho's main office, and I would definitely use Pancho again on a future trip. Gracias!!

We enjoyed visiting the city of Malaga and doing the walking tour with Pancho Tours. Javier was our guide and he was very knowledgeable and passionate about Malaga. The tour took 2 1/2 hours and we saw a great deal of Malaga including the Roman theatre and the cathedral with one bell tower. Great way to see parts of the city you may not see on your own. No cost except for the optional tip to the tour guide.

We did a Malaga tapas and wine tour.
It was just the 3 of us on the Friday before Christmas and we met our guide Maria in the square as agreed on time.
Maria not only showed us some really nice restaurants and introduced us to great dishes, she talked enthusiastically about Malaga.
It was a really good night, would recommend to anyone wanting to try tapas in some of the places off the main strip.

You never know what to expect with a 'free' walking tour, but this one in Malaga was a winner! The young man who led our group shared his love for Malaga, and his knowledge and enthusiasm made us all fall in love too! We discovered places and heard stories only possible on a small tour like this. In the end we were happy to 'donate' €20 per person for the 2+ hour tour.

We are a party of 8 and one of our party is a paraplegic. The first problem we encountered was getting from the cruise terminal to the meeting place at Plaza de Marina. This was a 2.4km distance, no taxis were provided and we were not informed as to how far the meeting point was from the terminal. We eventually worked out that we had to hire 2 taxis and arrived at the meeting place. Our guide Joaquin was very accomodating and friendly but his English was very average. The drive to Granada is almost 2 hrs and we first stopped at two viewing sites and then went on to the Alhambra palace. At the palace we were met by a new guide Emelio who was super enthusiastic, pulverised us with hundreds of facts in very poor English. This tour took over 2hrs and we had just enough time to race back to Malaga to get our boat.
A very exhausting day and not one of the best experience I have had.
My suggestion to Pancho Tours is to collect their customers from the cruise terminal and cut out the viewing sites.

Excellent Tour. Friendly and funny guide! Showed us all the important parts of Malaga and well-explained everything. Will be using them in other cities as well.
