You must go and see wonderful images of Jesus Christ you do not have to be Roman Catholic to appreciate this wonderful site.

The Church of Santo Domingo contains the beautiful crucifix made by Pedro de Mena that is called the Cristo de la Buena Muerte. It is highly revered by the people of Malaga and is paraded around during Holy Week.

The image of the Cristo de la Buena Muerte was created by Pedro de Mena (Granada 1628 - Málaga 1688), one of the best sculptors of his time. It shows Christ being crucified.
