Came across this church walking from the hotel into town. Beautiful artistry of the stonemasonry drew mw to it. I went inside, very small and not so descorative. Didnt overstay my welcome as a Mass was ongoing

As you walk on past the Museo Carmen Thyssen you will suddenly come across this beautiful church on your right. We looked in to see a place of perfect tranquility with perhaps 20 or so people dotted about silently looking at the Altar. Lovely.

The church is close to the Plaza Constitution which is the heart of the city. Most of the shopping, food and good hotels are close to this area. Within walking distance you can view the history of Malaga. Sacred Heart is a tourist must and is open during the day without advance reservation.

The Sacred Heart Church is one of my favorite churches because I admire the beauty of their stained glass windows. It is a modernist church and is easy to get to, since it is adjacent to the Carmen Thyssen Museum.

Built as recently as 1920 this fine neo-gothic church looks much older. Situated near the Carmen Thyssen Museum it's tucked away behind other buildings. The interior has a number of chapels together with a statue of Christ on the Cross at the entrance whose feet are well worn where everyone touches on entering.

Hidden well within the streets of Málaga lies this beautiful church. I was purposefully looking for it and almost passed by, because it was hidden in a small side street. But it's worth looking for, very gorgeous and with pretty details.

Very cool building close to Hotel Itaca on calle Compañia and almost opposite the Canela Fina restaurant. Looks great in sunlight and you can get a great photo if you you can avoid the beggars and street hawkers hanging around the gates
