With my wife we went to the evening show + dinner at 21h. It was 45 eur per person (compared to 25 per person without food option) so we thaught it would include some nice tapas. Far from it, we were served a couple of slices of ham, a disgusting version of russian salad and meat balls in tomato sauce that were completely tasteless. We were only served 1 portion of each, even though we paid for 2 food covers. We complained a couple of times, in the end one of the guys even laughed at us and said it is what it is and we cannot complain. Very unprofessional. Needless to say, when you go there hungry and they make fun of you with really bad food and service the mood and the great show are ruined. Dancers/performers are great and the show is really worth seeing, but please avoid the food option! The food is scam!

Saw the show and it was good. Paid 45 euros each and expected dinner after which was Tapas of a few dishes. We were told that food was not served during the show due to covid so we had to go across the road. Considering the show alone was 25 euro the food should have been worth an extra 20 each. We received some frozen prawns, potato tortilla and basic tomatoes. All of which was a big let down. This is exceptionally poor value for money and left us very disappointed. I would not go here again and would highly recommend going elsewhere. The owner didn't even want to come and discuss our complaint. We would have been far better eating elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs and go and find another show. Poor value all around.

We saw a show ¡Picaso y el flamenco! and it was spectacular! Three extraordinary dancers (especially the first one with castanets) and a great singer and guitar player. The venue was half empty (it was at 19h and in February, so that might explain it) but the show was still energetic and inspiring. I highly recommend it!

My father is from Andalucia, and we had been several times but this time, we wanted to be more of tourists in Malaga, and I wanted to show my partner who is from Wales, what is Flamenco. I was amazed when I saw he had tears in his eyes during the show. The dancers are brilliant, passionate about what they do, and even though one was sick, she gave everything she had to perform a perfect show. Those people are proud of where they are from and they can :) I got emotional even, with a music a grew up with, thanks to my father. Thank you for a great show!

Sorry to write a bad review, but this show felt like tourist trap. First of all the place of show- a bar near the Malagueta beach in my oppinion was not appropriate place for authentic flamenco show. I can see that in earlier photos they had shows in more authentic, historical setting, which would be more appropriate. Second, the dancing was very agressive feet stomping, less really dancing. I’ve seen flamenco performed more like dancing, which I enjoy more. The spotlights of pink and blue didn’t add any authentic atmosphere.

The only thing we enjoyed was talanted guitar player.

Sorry, but this all felt like tourist entertainment in it’s worst sense.

Un saludo We regret that you had a bad experience in our tablao. For starters, I think he has never seen a flamenco show. Flamenco is characterized above all by the force in the dance, and especially in the feet. The bracing is more typical of classical dance. Secondly, it is the first time that we are told that our magnificent room looks like a bar. I don't know what bars you are used to, but I haven't seen many "bars" with a stage, great sound and capacity for 130 people. And thirdly, we regret that the lights are not to your liking. a greeting

An iintimate venue that puts on an excellent show. Genuine, passionate flamenco dancers accompanied by a singer & guitarist. We chose to have tapas & a drink too, which was delicious & gave us front row seats.

I really hate to leave bad reviews, but this show really needs to improve.

We went there on the recommendation of our hotel and (gasp) did not do our research on Trip Advisor first! Big mistake.

On the positive side, the guitar player was good.

On the negative side:

1) The 3 dancers who appear to be a mother, and two of her middle-aged children weren't particularly inspiring. As another reviewer mentioned, they seemed to be more angry than passionate, and none of them seemed to want to be there.

Of course, yes, they absolutely put a lot of energy into the dances and are certainly better than I would be, but we walked away from the show very disappointed that we had wasted our little time in Malaga seeing this show.

2) The seating was VERY uncomfortable. The chairs are small and have a straight rigid wooden back, with twine for the seat. The chairs are also tightly packed together despite not having many customers (we were there during a prime slot on a weekend, and there were only a handful of people there).

3) As many other reviews have mentioned, it was VERY loud. If you decide to go you may want to bring ear plugs. Don't worry, you will still be able to hear the show very clearly while protecting your hearing.

4) There were no castanets used during our show. Note: I have since learned that castanets are not always used in Flamenco dancing, and in fact are only used in a very specific type. Apparently this show is not that type. Just pointing this out in case you too are hoping to see castanets.

We did not eat dinner there so I do not have an opinion on the food.

Bottom Line: Perhaps they just had a bad night, or perhaps the regular dancers were off on the night we happened to be there, I don't know. But if we had to do it all over again, we definitely would find a different show, or do something else entirely.

I almost feel bad writing a bad review. But honestly guys save your money, most importantly your time to do something else in Malaga. I feel bad to be negative beacuse the people on the stage did work hard, only they are neither performers nor professionals, they are amateures you see on the street and give €1,-. It's outrageous to pay €25,- for this! If you ever been to Flamenco perfomance don't go there and of you've never been to Flamenco even more don't spoil your image of this beautiful art and avoid this place.
Sincerely...

It's sad that after seeing our show you have that feeling. Our artists are authentic professionals and have worked for many years in the world of flamenco with other great masters. Aggression is a word too strong and no artist or entrepreneur is the feeling they want to convey to their audience. We greatly regret that their experience was negative, we work daily to satisfy our customers by maintaining a quality and authentic show. Greetings.

I enjoy Flamenco shows but I have been so disappointed... There were problems with sound. We had to sit on chairs on the very side of the stage. Moreover a part of the public spent his time speaking very loud during the show. The staff did not manage to make silence despite some people asked them to.

This place do not respect Flamenco and people who like Flamenco... First time I feel like that after a show...
