Well worth the walk up the hill to see a large part of the surrounding countryside and see how important it would be for communications assuming that iPhones had not been invented and Francis Drake was attacking

First time up here although we've been visiting Chiclana for many years. Great views so its worth walking up, or if you need to drive!

No need to climb all the way to the chapel. Just park your car in front of it. We were there on a Friday and an older Spanish man let us in for free. After visiting the inside he guided us up the small steps to the top of the chapel, where the view was even better.

The little church is on the edge of a hill in the middle of the town. You can even see the see. It is a must to see in Chiclana. Is free to go there.

Had a quick stop here on our tour from El Tren Touristico. An important bit of history from the area and well worth the trek up the hill!
