Central to Chiclana this is a lovely long, clean beach. A long promenade runs above the beach which is littered with restaurants, shops and pubs. Along the beach there are sections of umbrellas and chairs which can be hired. At 6 Euros per chair it can be expensive. Lovely seas and you can swim quite far out. Lifeguard towers at... More

Kilometers of golden sand on the Atlantic. Most parts of the beach are perfect for the whole family - there are waves and currents on some days but it's very safe on the whole. In summer, go at low tide and there is room to swim, play, make sandcastles, go jogging and much more. A selection of beach bars mean... More

Nice clean beach that although can get crowded never seems to as much as the other beaches around. Good varied selection of restaurants available ranging from Pizza, Thai, Spanish etc all with varied prices - the "menu de Dias" are particularly good value. A small tourist "train" is available which is good for children although a bit expensive. Toilets could... More

Nice beach, the sand was soft and clean and even if it was crowdy there was a lot of space to play and jump in to the sea. Nice to walk along the loooong beach.I think these is one of the best beaches is Spain.

Great beach! You can stroll along the promenade or walk along the beach. No sunloungers, so bring you own bed/chair. Nice restaurants and bars.

Visited this week with my family .... It was out of the main season so we had most of the beach to ourselves . Wide white sand with a few waves ... Great ... The car parks were empty so couldn't have been easier ...

The Barrosa beach is located 80 km from Jerez airport, it is the best (to my mind) at the Spain Atlantic coast; ca. 30 km long (till Trafalgar cap) and 100-200 m wide, of perfect fine sand! I know nothing comparable to it. It is much cleaner last years, no homeless dogs, but still some people throw plastic bags and... More
