For most democratic countries the approval of a Constitution is a history landmark. In Spain the Constitution is known as the Cadiz Constitution because it was approved by the Cortes gathered in Cadiz. No wonder that the most majestic open air monument of this city is to remember that Historical moment. Enjoy!

what can one write about one column is surprising (i'm referring to comments of other 160 reviews).. you come, you see it, you go - you can see everything on the photos and save yourself 15 minutes of walking from center.. if you're around there's no reason to miss it. drinking water fountain next to it with some benches to chill out like born Spaniard

Across from the cruise ship terminal is the monument & Park. It’s peaceful, lots of trees & benches. A very nice place to take a break & relax.
