The market is quite good to buy fresh food, but I really like it to go for tapas with friends. You can find good local food and a very nice sushi place called Gadisushi. If you are around, go. You will no regret it.

A great market in the old town of Cádiz. Lots of different places to eat and drink. Buzzing atmosphere.

We hadn't researched Cadiz much on our visit and came across this market by accident. Really good place with lots of good food shops and food stalls. Some parts a bit grotty but felt very real Spain and with going to.

Nice market with some interesting food. not expensive and big choice. Public toilet is a big worry where old people are taking drugs and having sex in the toilet.

I had a great, simple lunch inside the market at Llévantelo Calentito. A beer, boquerones and pimientos, standing at a table looking at people. Super fresh and tasty.

Hungry? head on over to the Mercado. Lots of food and drink. Cheap eats and tapas. located in the heart of the city. Great people watching.

We did not notice any when we visited there. However, it is an open air market and there are so many places selling food for people to eat at the tables around the court and there are many that do. So it might make it... More
