Has the same problem as another review. Turned up during open hours but not open. Went back a couple of hours later and still not open, just a couple of local drunks sat on the step! Also returned a week later and still the same problem. Can only assume they have gone, or are going, out of business?

We were 12 people at the visit. We learn a lot about how to brew and the different types of craft beer. Just excelent. I strongly recommend it. The only thing is that you have to book it in advance.

We ordered a beefburger for my daughter and it was basically served raw. I don't care what chefs think about how meat should be served, it's dangerous to serve meat that hasn't been cooked properly. Apart from that, they have a wide selection of beers but to be honest when you're in the south of spain, a cold Cruzcampo is all you need, and they don't serve that at this place.

I was looking forward to going to this place so I turned up when it advertised it would be open only to find that it was apparently closed. I knocked on the door anyway as I could hear activity inside. When they answered my knocking I asked if they were open as per the sign on the door and their website, but was told no, not for a tasting or even just to buy beer. Instead they directed me to two beer shops, one of which I already knew was closed because I had just passed there and the other turned out to be closed when I got there. I did eventually find a cafe selling all of their beers which turned out to be OK, but not outstanding. Fortunately I live in the latin world and am used to this un-business like attitude, but was still not pleased. My advice would be to phone before going just to check that they really are open when they say they will be.

Stopped in today on a whim and was warmly greeted by the staff here. Took time to talk us through the beer making process, showing us the raw ingredients, whilst explaining how the various flavours and aromas are crafted. Tried four beers (included in modest ticket price) and talked at length with the guide. Brilliant to find such great beer in Cadiz, especially where the terrible Cruz Campo is so prevalent. Took home a few varieties so we don't forget how good they are. Keep up the excellent work folks!
