La peor experiencia de mi vida / The worst experience in my life

Empece a gritar. Nunca me habia pasado algo asi. // I went to Gongora Café with some friends on Friday, March 15th. We were happily dancing until I had to go to the toilet ( I made the mistake of going by my self). On my way to the bathroom, I had to go through many people, the place was full, so I had to make my way through (I think the bouncer saw this as if I was aggressive). Finally, I got to the toilet, and a bouncer started to hit the door (not knock, HIT) I was terrified. After I pee, I finally opened the door, and without any explanation, he took me by the wrists, I resisted because I didn't know what was happening, then another caught me by the feet, they lift me from the floor. I was very nervous because I didn't understand what was happening. The bouncers never took the time to talk to me or ask me to leave. I started to scream them to let me go. They lift me up without explanation, and with BRUTALITY. Finally, they took me out of the club, and while I was being held down, someone hit me twice in the face (I think they wanted me to stop screaming). I didn't see who was beating me since I had to keep my head down to protect me. Off course, the guards said they never touched me, but also they didn´t try to stop the person who was beating me (and why a random person would come and hit another random person?) I had never been involved in a fight, and I had never lived a situation like this one. I spent three days without being able to move my neck, with my face bruised. The way the guards treated me was inhumane and was disproportionate. I'm not the only one who has a complaint about the guards misusing their force; there are many similar reviews on this site on that topic. I hope the owners and the police understand the message and do something about it.

As an Erasmus student, I spent my LIFE there !

The music is mostly reggaeton or international hits...but the DJ is often ok to put the song of your choice if you ask gently ;)
The staff is also very nice and kind

See u there !
