Excellent way to begin or end a hot summer day

Take a next bike from anywhere in the city and head to the Schreberbad, a small outdoor pool which offers the perfect way to begin or end a hot summer day. If you did the former, you can follow the visit to the pool by renting a canoe or rowing boat at the City Harbour (a small patch of sand with some makeshift huts) and heading out to the Elster and into the Karl-Heine-Kanal. A perfect way to explore Leipzig's beautiful Western parts by boat.
