If you're in Dresden and have the time, see this VW factory in action as they do final assembly on their luxury Phaeton model.

A very well designed and delivered tour. A must for any trip to Dresden. If you are an English speaker like me book your tour in advance.

Just a amazing view of auto assembly. you see a good part of the assembly area, and the guide we had was very knowledgeable on the entire operation of the plant.
