Planned a visit a month in advance to the last game of the season against Bremen. After winning the weekend before the game was meaningless but meant it was a better occasion. €15.50 for standing tickets (plus €3 to collect on the day) makes it...More

I attended the Mainz v Hoffenheim match and it was a very exciting match with the visitors scoring an injury time winner in a 5 goal thriller. Stood near the Ultras and they were noisy.

A 'free' bus ride from Mainz HBF, modern but has incorporated a standing home terrace which on my visit was only 13.5 euros to get in.

Thank you for rating the OPEL ARENA! Outside gamedays you could easily reach the OPEL ARENA by citybus or by tram. The next stop "Hochschule Mainz" is located only 500m away.

Brilliant night just don't go anywhere at half time as the rest of the ignorant crowd don't let you back to where you were stood before, Club shop good, Bratwurst and Beer good and great atmosphere behind the goal. Lots of Fun
