The Japaneses Tea Garden is lovely, but about of third of it was closed for construction. It was disappointing and we were not notified before paying our entry fee. The open parts were nice, but it is a pretty small place.
We love walking around the Japanese garden. The trees are beautifully manicured. Each time I go the garden has improved. There is food and many events there to enjoy. The cherry blossom event there is so fun
Lovely garden with little niches to sit everywhere. Peaceful and tranquil. Ideal to sit and read, meditate, ponder life. I watched the squirrels play, listened to the wind and enjoyed the scents of the plants and trees.
The garden is relatively small, and alongside a busy road. The higher parts of the garden offer a view over the not very lovely town of Kaiserslautern. The topiary of some of the trees looks very amateur. That notwithstanding this is a nice enough garden...More
Been here a few times and the last time we went all the big beautiful koi had gone From the big lake .

Gardens are still wonderful though and a good place for a relaxing stroll.
It is a wonderful place to escape to. Bring your camera and experience the best photo angles. If you speak English only, organize a group of 10 or so to go on a walk through tour. They will gladly accommodate you. The tour guide is...More
