From May 25 – Jun 8, 2018, my wife and I went on a Viking River Cruise: The Grand European Tour on the ship Viking Aegir. It started out in The Netherlands, and traversed through Germany, Austria, and Hungary. I have deliberately waited about two...More

We have just returned from a Sheaarings Danube Great Cities trip on the Serenade 2. Everything was top notch. Beautiful food and more if you requested it. A beautiful ship. The cabins are spacious with comfortable beds. A turn down service with a chocolate on...More

Cannot fault this cruise in anyway at all. From start to finish we were looked after, nothing was too much trouble for staff. From Jelena our cabin cleaner, waiters, bar staff and especially Balazs our cruise director who went above and beyond call of duty,...More

We did the Viking River Cruise starting in Amsterdam and going south on the Rhine to Basel. All of the towns were nice and gave you totally different feelings. All of the people were very friendly and was a fantastic trip.

Disappointed is an understatement, where to start, the ship itself is quite small though the lounge area is pleasant, with lots of small grouped sofas and chairs , access to the outside and a bar with a self serve coffee machine. The restaurant is more akin...More

This cruise was too expensive, $3500 for each person plus $1000 for air for each for a total of $4500 per person. The room really had no view as it was partially below water and had an enormous useless shelf or what looked like a...More

Cruise the Heart of Europe. The cruise is an ambitious one. 1200 miles from Cologne/Koln to Budapest going along the Rhine, Main, Main-Donau canal and the Danube/Donau. In doing so, we passed through 66 locks each one taking at least 25 minutes. That totals one...More
