Not worth visiting
May 2019 • Couples
The bridge is nice but sadly quite dirty as the town is not able to manage environmental maintenance.

Fabulous piece of art with a view!
Aug 2018 • Family
The bridge is not only a wonderful piece of art, it is also a great place to spend time, enjoy the view across and along the water, jump wild with the kids, and - not to forget - get colorful from one side to the other. When being in the Kaisergarten, it is a must to visit the fantastic place.

Release your inner child!
Aug 2017 • Couples
It is impossible to take a bad photograph on this bridge, every snap looks as fantastic as the last. You instantly feel transported back to your youth and feel like you are shrunk down and walking through your slinky toy! The colours are bright and eye-catching, plus the stroll over the river when the sun is low is divine.

The Schloss was more appealing to me !
Aug 2017 • Family
After having driven past Schloss Oberhausen many times since 1980 we decided to take a coffee break where we sat in a beer garden and had a drink . I personally had very little interest in the slinky bridge but did enjoy the park and surrounding area very much . I assume the bridge was originally put there for younger explorers rather than a near 60 year old ,but however I took a walk over to keep my family happy . I enjoyed the schloss restaurant itself very much but time did not allow me to walk the animal park which I believe is quite a highlight too . Maybe next time perhaps !

Nice Bridge at "Kaisergarten"
Mar 2017 • Family
There are some attractions in this park. This bridge is one part of things for the whole family. The special surface of the bridge gives a good feeling to walk. Sometimes you are direct over a ship - short distance - good view.

Very special

it is located a bit out of Oberhausen in a park and is very nice as you walk above the park and even the river.

Strange but good
Sep 2016 • Friends
The concept for the bridge is the child's Slinky toy and in this respect it replicates it completely, the bridge is quite long, actually longer than it needs to be to cross the canal but necessary for the 'Slinky' effect. One thing I did notice was that they have removed all the 'Love locks' that once adorned the bridge.
