Came to the Bayarena for my first Bundesliga match between Leverkusen and Gladbach and was thoroughly impressed by the atmosphere. Ticket prices are fair and the stadium staff are extremely helpful. The match ended 5-0 to the home side and was a great first match day for an Australian Bayer fan!

Went with 2 friends to see Leverkusen vs Stuttgart. Game finished 4-3 to Bayer so it was an exciting match. Completely different experience to British stadiums, not to mention the fact you can have a beer at your seat. They have a card system to pay for food/drink so you can't pay with Euros at the till and have to... More

We saw Leverkusen take on Berlin and loved it. We brought our 3 yr old and she had a great time too! Friendly and helpful staff and fans as well! Parked at the bus station/ pick up point a mile or two away and took the bus. If I had one negative, it would be the card you must use... More

Nice stadium. There is WiFi access for the guests and there is a canopy over the seats. The only bad thing is that there is no direct exit/entrance on the highway. It is abot 20mins on foot from the Leverkusen Mitte - the main train station in Leverkusen

It was that good last year, we had to come back!! The atmosphere was electric and the fans were very friendly. My friend had contacted the Fan club and they carried out an interview over the phone which was published on game day!! The stadium is very clean, well organised and the food and drinks are very good!! If you... More

My 13 year old son is a huge Bundesliga fan. (His favorite team is FC Bayern, but tickets to those matches are nearly impossible to get.) We bought tickets to see Bayer play Wolfsburg on a Friday night. We traveled via S-Bahn from Cologne and walked to the stadium. It is pretty easy to find and very walkable in about... More

Good size stadium with a good team and amazing fans. Tickets were at a reasonable price and there are a few restaurants around the area. Make sure you get there well before the game and check the training grounds (right beside the stadium) and you might also get to see the players as they drive in. Recommended to take public... More

I went to the Bayer Vs Darmstadt game in September and it was a really good experience. The stadium is very modern and impressive however I didn't find the atmosphere as impressive as other German football stadiums I have been to. The quality of football thou was at quite a good standard with Bayer being a regular champions league team.... More

We decided to take on the Leverkusen vs Schalke game during our five night stay. On arrival we endured a short walk from the train station, the BayArena looked fantastic from the outside. We took some pictures and looked around. Free match day programmes to fans who wanted one, something you don't get in England! Once we had got through... More
