Visited on a tour of Düsseldorf. It is an interesting enough building but lacks the “presence” of a parliamentary building.

The guided tour (in German) was very informative. The architecture and interior decoration are memorable. The political process becomes even more interesting when you realise that the federal state is bigger than meany European countries.
You apparently have to make a reservation with a group to visit the interior. As I said regarding the Tower (closely) there are no coffee shops/cafes etc in the area before 10 am. Good building and tight security in whole area.
