Tchibo, Tchibo, Tchibo, oh and Kaizers lots of nice cheap things to buy. No designers labels but ok to walk around if you need to breakfast somewhere cheap and to get out of the rain. Over 100 shops apparently worth a visit.

It might not be the most beautiful mall you've ever seen, and it's certainly not the biggest, but it does offer a surprising amount of choice. It's very easy to get there by tram (from the center of Düsseldorf) and it has ample parking space. In addition to stores and supermarket it also has a great gym (Just Fit). I... More

Don't bother with this one. Sort of reminiscent of what most European shopping centres were like in the '80's. Dreary and very uninteresting.

For shopping in Dus. i would highly recommend this place due to variability and many stores out there including restaurants and so. it's also nice to see around area " Bilk " which is a bit different thing than Altstadt and surrounding area!

The Bilker Arcaden is a multistory shopping complex. It's one-stop shopping here with food, mail, banking and clothes. You'll also find a swimming pool, a library and housing (on top) in the same complex. Towards the railway tracks there's also a playground on the roof. The Arcaden are well networked with local transport.

Local shopping in Düsseldorf in the Bilk neighborhood. It has all kinds of store and even supermarkets. Pros: - Mediamarket - Good opening times - dm - Big parking Cons: - Dark and long... bit of strange design. - Not so good public, a lot of teenagers and immigrants families doing noise, screaming kids and not buying too much -... I stayed in Unterbilk for three months for work, and I can recommend it for many reasons. Firstly, the area has excellent public transport links. Bilk S bahn station/ tram stops (712, 713, 706) also D Bilk - Friedrichstrasse/ D Bilk - Elizabethstrasse tram stops (707, 708) connect the area to most of the rest of the city quite easily... More
